【摘要】:采用數(shù)值模擬方法研究了法蘭結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對雙楔角環(huán)墊密封接觸壓力及有效密封寬度的影響,并通過正交實驗法對法蘭結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了顯著性分析.結(jié)果表明,隨法蘭各結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸減小,雙楔角環(huán)墊主、從密封面最大接觸壓力不同程度增大.法蘭結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對新型雙楔角環(huán)墊密封性能影響的顯著性順序為主法蘭小端外徑法蘭外徑錐頸大端厚度錐頸高度法蘭有效厚度.主法蘭小端外徑對雙楔角環(huán)墊主、從密封面最大接觸壓力影響最大.
[Abstract]:The influence of flange structure parameters on contact pressure and effective seal width of double wedge ring gasket is studied by numerical simulation method. The significance of flange structural parameters is analyzed by orthogonal experiment. With the flange structure size decreasing, double wedge angle ring pad main, The effect of flange structure parameters on the sealing performance of the new type of double wedge ring gasket is mainly in the order of effectiveness of flange flange with small end outer diameter flange outer diameter flange big end thickness cone neck height flange effective thickness of flange structure parameters influence on sealing performance of new type double wedge ring gasket with different degrees of maximum contact pressure. Main flange small end outer diameter double wedge angle ring pad main, The maximum contact pressure from the sealing surface has the greatest effect.
