小波包能量譜在轉子碰摩故障診斷中的應用

【摘要】:針對轉靜碰摩故障的振動響應問題,采用小波基函數db6三層小波包分解和能量譜相結合的分析方法,對實測的碰摩故障信號進行頻帶能量特征提取。通過對仿真和實測信號進行小波包分解后作頻譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn):當轉子發(fā)生轉靜碰摩故障時,頻譜圖中除了轉子的工頻外,在分頻、分頻倍頻處引起比較穩(wěn)定的分數諧波,并出現(xiàn)了3x等高階倍頻頻率成分。在對實測信號作進一步能量譜分析時,存在碰摩特征頻率的頻段能量發(fā)生了變化,因此小波包能量譜分析方法能夠很好地區(qū)分轉子的碰摩故障。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the vibration response of rub-impact fault, the wavelet basis function db6 three-layer wavelet packet decomposition and energy spectrum analysis method are adopted. The frequency band energy feature is extracted from the measured rub-impact fault signal. After wavelet packet decomposition of the simulated and measured signals, it is found that when the rotor has statically rub-impact fault, the frequency spectrum is divided in addition to the rotor's power frequency. The fractional harmonics are caused by the frequency-division doubling, and the high-order frequency-doubling components, such as 3x, appear. In the further analysis of the energy spectrum of the measured signal, the energy of the frequency band with the characteristic frequency of rub-impact has been changed. Therefore, the wavelet packet energy spectrum analysis method can distinguish the rubbing fault of rotor well.
