小波包能量譜在轉(zhuǎn)子碰摩故障診斷中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)靜碰摩故障的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)問題,采用小波基函數(shù)db6三層小波包分解和能量譜相結(jié)合的分析方法,對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)的碰摩故障信號(hào)進(jìn)行頻帶能量特征提取。通過對(duì)仿真和實(shí)測(cè)信號(hào)進(jìn)行小波包分解后作頻譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)靜碰摩故障時(shí),頻譜圖中除了轉(zhuǎn)子的工頻外,在分頻、分頻倍頻處引起比較穩(wěn)定的分?jǐn)?shù)諧波,并出現(xiàn)了3x等高階倍頻頻率成分。在對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)信號(hào)作進(jìn)一步能量譜分析時(shí),存在碰摩特征頻率的頻段能量發(fā)生了變化,因此小波包能量譜分析方法能夠很好地區(qū)分轉(zhuǎn)子的碰摩故障。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the vibration response of rub-impact fault, the wavelet basis function db6 three-layer wavelet packet decomposition and energy spectrum analysis method are adopted. The frequency band energy feature is extracted from the measured rub-impact fault signal. After wavelet packet decomposition of the simulated and measured signals, it is found that when the rotor has statically rub-impact fault, the frequency spectrum is divided in addition to the rotor's power frequency. The fractional harmonics are caused by the frequency-division doubling, and the high-order frequency-doubling components, such as 3x, appear. In the further analysis of the energy spectrum of the measured signal, the energy of the frequency band with the characteristic frequency of rub-impact has been changed. Therefore, the wavelet packet energy spectrum analysis method can distinguish the rubbing fault of rotor well.
