【摘要】：為解決傳統(tǒng)齒輪副存在的回差問題,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)、制造和安裝過程中存在的誤差影響因素進(jìn)行了定量計(jì)算.通過考慮齒厚偏差、軸承徑向跳動(dòng)、中心距偏差和溫度對(duì)齒輪變形的影響,提出了可自動(dòng)變形補(bǔ)償?shù)慕饘傧鹉z復(fù)合齒輪副設(shè)計(jì)方法;基于ABAQUS有限元分析計(jì)算了高、低溫對(duì)復(fù)合齒輪副變形的影響,得出了復(fù)合齒輪副在高、低溫環(huán)境下的變形量和理論中心距預(yù)緊量;實(shí)驗(yàn)考察在不同預(yù)緊量下金屬齒輪副和復(fù)合齒輪副的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)情況.結(jié)果表明:隨著預(yù)緊量的增加,振動(dòng)加速度先減小后增加;預(yù)緊量的改變對(duì)金屬齒輪副的影響較大,對(duì)復(fù)合齒輪副的影響較小,復(fù)合齒輪副相對(duì)金屬齒輪副的改善效果隨著預(yù)緊量的增加而愈加明顯;實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的最佳預(yù)緊量和仿真計(jì)算值基本吻合,從而驗(yàn)證了仿真分析的正確性.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of return difference in traditional gear pairs, the factors affecting the errors in the design, manufacture and installation are calculated quantitatively. The radial runout of the bearing is considered by considering the tooth thickness deviation. The influence of center distance deviation and temperature on gear deformation is proposed, and the design method of metal rubber composite gear pair can be compensated automatically, and the influence of high and low temperature on the deformation of composite gear pair is calculated based on ABAQUS finite element analysis. The deformation and theoretical center distance preload of composite gear pair in high and low temperature are obtained, and the vibration response of metal gear pair and composite gear pair under different preloading quantities are investigated experimentally. The results show that: with the increase of preload amount, the vibration response of metal gear pair and composite gear pair is investigated. The vibration acceleration decreases first and then increases, and the change of preload has a greater effect on the metal gear pair than on the composite gear pair, and the improvement effect of the composite gear pair relative to the metal gear pair becomes more and more obvious with the increase of the preload. The experimental results of the optimal preload are in good agreement with the calculated values, which verifies the correctness of the simulation analysis.
