【摘要】：本文首先對(duì)2016版起重機(jī)檢規(guī)中關(guān)于吊運(yùn)熔融金屬起重機(jī)特殊要求的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了梳理,并比較了監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)和定期檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目設(shè)置的差異;接著對(duì)吊運(yùn)熔融金屬起重機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)中可能會(huì)遇到的問(wèn)題并給出了解決的建議。本文對(duì)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的分析和建議可進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)檢驗(yàn)人員對(duì)吊運(yùn)熔融金屬起重機(jī)安全性的要求,保障特種設(shè)備安全。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the special requirements of lifting molten metal cranes in the 2016 edition of crane inspection regulations are combed, and the differences between supervision inspection items and periodic inspection items are compared. Then the current situation of lifting molten metal crane is analyzed. On this basis, the problems that may be encountered in the field inspection are analyzed and some suggestions are given. The analysis and suggestions of the inspection items in this paper can further strengthen the safety requirements of the inspectors for lifting and transporting molten metal cranes. To ensure the safety of special equipment.
