【摘要】：通過(guò)考察慣性式弛張篩的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),對(duì)弛張篩系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,建立了包含等效阻尼系數(shù)的振動(dòng)方程并求解。根據(jù)弛張篩的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),求出等效阻尼存在和為零時(shí),固定篩框和浮動(dòng)篩框的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用SAMCEF Field非線性有限元軟件中的隱式非線性模塊,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)弛張篩篩面動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的仿真,獲得了阻尼比b=0和b=0.1時(shí)篩面中點(diǎn)的位移,速度和加速度隨時(shí)間的變化曲線。研究結(jié)果表明,等效阻尼對(duì)篩面加速度影響較大,阻尼越小越有利于振動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的提高。
[Abstract]:By investigating the structural characteristics of the inertial relaxation screen, the dynamic analysis of the relaxation screen system is carried out, and the vibration equation including equivalent damping coefficient is established and solved. According to the design parameters of the relaxation screen, the existence of equivalent damping is obtained and the equivalent damping is 00:00. On the basis of the motion equations of the fixed and floating sieve frames, the simulation of the dynamic characteristics of the relaxation sieve surface is successfully realized by using the implicit nonlinear module in the SAMCEF Field nonlinear finite element software. The curves of the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the midpoint of the sieve surface at the damping ratio bn0 and b = 0.1 are obtained. The results show that the equivalent damping has a great influence on the acceleration of the sieve surface, and the smaller the damping is, the better the vibration strength is.
