【摘要】：硬幣在銀行、公交系統、超市等行業(yè)每天都會大量囤積,需要大量的清點和包裝工作。近年來出現了各種各樣的硬幣分選、清點、包裝裝置,然而有的體積龐大,笨重,有的成本高昂,有的工作效率低下。為此,設計并試制了一種結構緊湊且具有無線通信功能的組合式硬幣清點包裝機。該裝置使用一種快速轉盤,提高了工作效率;為防止硬幣擁堵,提出了一種粘有海綿的帶傳動機構,極大地提高了裝置工作的可靠性;利用硬幣的尺寸不同,設計了帶有不同大小空洞的軌道以分選硬幣;提出并設計了一種新型的送幣機構,結合包夾、加熱結構,快捷簡便地完成了包裝。該裝置重量輕,便于用戶攜帶,工作效率高,應用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:Coins are hoarded in banks, public transport systems, supermarkets and other industries every day, requiring a lot of inventory and packing work. In recent years, there have been various kinds of coin sorting, counting and packaging devices, but some of them are huge and bulky. Some of them have high cost and some work efficiency is low. Therefore, a compact and wireless communication combined coin counting and packing machine is designed and trial-produced. The device uses a kind of fast turntable to improve the working efficiency. In order to prevent coin congestion, a kind of belt transmission mechanism with sponge adhesion is proposed, which greatly improves the reliability of the device, and designs a track with different sizes of holes to separate coins by using different sizes of coins. This paper presents and designs a new type of coin feeding mechanism, which combines the package with a clip and a heating structure, and completes the packing quickly and simply. The device is light in weight, easy for the user to carry, high working efficiency, and has a broad application prospect.
