6061鋁合金內(nèi)襯碳纖、玻纖全纏繞壓力容器的發(fā)展

【摘要】:目前的壓力容器要求具備質(zhì)量輕、耐蝕性好、可靠性高、制造周期短、承載能力強、結(jié)構(gòu)效率高、氣密性和力學(xué)性能優(yōu)良等特點,應(yīng)用于輕工、能源、醫(yī)療、交通和航空航天等領(lǐng)域。影響壓力容器的使用壽命的主要因素有:內(nèi)襯失效、內(nèi)襯與纏繞層界面分離或破壞、纖維纏繞層失效。結(jié)合筆者自身的工作經(jīng)驗,對碳纖、玻纖全纏繞鋁合金內(nèi)襯的壓力容器的設(shè)計及發(fā)展進行了闡述,論述了完善內(nèi)襯和纖維纏繞層的設(shè)計,提出了可行的加工生產(chǎn)方案,分析了容易出現(xiàn)的問題。
[Abstract]:The current pressure vessels are required to have the characteristics of light weight, good corrosion resistance, high reliability, short manufacturing cycle, strong bearing capacity, high structural efficiency, good airtightness and excellent mechanical properties, etc., which are used in light industry, energy, medical treatment, etc. The main factors affecting the service life of pressure vessels are: liner failure, separation or destruction of interfacial between lining and winding layer, failure of filament winding layer. The design and development of pressure vessel with glass fiber fully wound aluminum alloy lining are expounded, the design of perfect lining and filament winding layer is discussed, the feasible processing and production scheme is put forward, and the problems that appear easily are analyzed.
