【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有再設(shè)計(jì)方法基本以用戶(hù)需求為依據(jù),較少考慮產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行故障數(shù)據(jù)的問(wèn)題,在產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行故障數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于模糊隨機(jī)故障模式與影響分析(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,FMEA)的再設(shè)計(jì)模塊識(shí)別方法.引入再設(shè)計(jì)必要性指數(shù)作為產(chǎn)品模塊再設(shè)計(jì)的依據(jù),根據(jù)故障發(fā)生的隨機(jī)性以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)判斷模糊性特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了模糊隨機(jī)FMEA模型來(lái)度量故障模式與產(chǎn)品模塊之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,采用可信性理論和模糊隨機(jī)模擬技術(shù)處理模糊變量和隨機(jī)變量多值性問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)履帶起重機(jī)再設(shè)計(jì)模塊識(shí)別驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性與有效性.
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the existing redesign methods are based on the user's demand and less consider the problem of product running fault data, the existing redesign method is based on the product running fault data. A method of redesigning module identification based on fuzzy random fault mode and impact analysis (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is presented. The necessity index of redesign is introduced as the basis of product module redesign. According to the randomness of fault occurrence and the fuzziness of risk judgment, a fuzzy stochastic FMEA model is constructed to measure the relationship between fault pattern and product module. The credibility theory and the fuzzy random simulation technique are used to deal with the multi-valued problem of fuzzy variables and random variables, and the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are verified by the re-design module identification of crawler cranes.
