【摘要】:往復(fù)式壓縮機的氣缸冷卻效果對壓縮機的工作過程和功耗具有較大的影響。為了研究氣體與氣缸的傳熱對缸內(nèi)氣體壓縮過程的影響,本文建立了一種往復(fù)式壓縮機的氣缸傳熱模型。該模型考慮了氣缸壁面與氣體之間的瞬時傳熱量、活塞的摩擦熱對氣體壓縮過程的影響。通過用現(xiàn)場運行記錄數(shù)據(jù)對模型進行校驗,定量研究了傳熱效果對壓縮過程的影響。
[Abstract]:The cooling effect of the cylinder of reciprocating compressor has great influence on the working process and power consumption of the compressor. In order to study the effect of heat transfer between gas and cylinder on the process of gas compression in cylinder, In this paper, a cylinder heat transfer model of reciprocating compressor is established, which takes into account the instantaneous heat transfer between cylinder wall and gas. The influence of friction heat of piston on the compression process of gas was studied quantitatively by checking the model with the field operation record data.
