二回路系統(tǒng)鈉泵流體動(dòng)靜壓混合潤滑軸承的潤滑機(jī)制及動(dòng)力學(xué)特性

【摘要】:對(duì)某型工程中的復(fù)雜二回路主循環(huán)系統(tǒng)鈉泵流體動(dòng)靜壓混合潤滑軸承進(jìn)行分析。采用流體動(dòng)靜壓潤滑理論,利用高級(jí)旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械動(dòng)力學(xué)分析軟件包ARMD對(duì)該型軸承進(jìn)行建模和分析,揭示該型軸承相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)潤滑軸承潤滑機(jī)制的特殊性,研究不同外載荷、不同轉(zhuǎn)速、不同初始偏心率下鈉泵軸承的潤滑性能參數(shù)及動(dòng)力學(xué)特性參數(shù)的演化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:外載荷、轉(zhuǎn)速和初始偏心率是影響鈉泵軸承潤滑性能的重要因素,最大壓力、功耗、溫升及剛度阻尼系數(shù)隨外載荷的增大而增大,隨初始偏心率增大而略有降低;最小膜厚則反之。該研究為進(jìn)一步開展鈉泵軸承-核主泵轉(zhuǎn)子耦合系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The hydrostatic and hydrostatic lubricating bearing of sodium pump in a complex secondary loop main circulation system is analyzed. The bearing is modeled and analyzed by using the hydrostatic and hydrodynamic lubrication theory and the advanced rotary mechanical dynamic analysis software package ARMD. This paper reveals the particularity of the lubrication mechanism of this type of bearing compared with the traditional lubricating bearing, and studies the different external loads and different rotational speeds. The evolution law of lubricating performance parameters and dynamic characteristic parameters of sodium pump bearing under different initial eccentricity. The results show that the external load, rotational speed and initial eccentricity are the important factors affecting the lubricating performance of sodium pump bearing, the maximum pressure and power consumption. The temperature rise and stiffness damping coefficient increase with the increase of external load and decrease slightly with the increase of initial eccentricity. This study lays a foundation for the further study of the dynamic characteristics of the coupling system of a sodium pump bearing and a core main pump rotor.
