刀-屑局部摩擦因數(shù)建模及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:基于黏著摩擦理論建立局部摩擦因數(shù)與接觸面正應(yīng)力和相對滑移速率之間的經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?采用試驗(yàn)方法來分析直角切削過程刀-屑接觸面間的局部摩擦現(xiàn)象.設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)軌蛱峁┡c實(shí)際切削相同的相對滑移速率和正應(yīng)力條件.基于實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合并建立了基于正壓力、相對滑移速率的摩擦因數(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在一定范圍正應(yīng)力和滑移速率下,摩擦因數(shù)隨著接觸面間的正應(yīng)力、相對滑移速率的增加而降低.
[Abstract]:Based on the adhesive friction theory, an empirical model between the local friction factor and the normal stress and relative slip rate of the contact surface was established. The experimental method was used to analyze the local friction phenomenon between the cutter and chip interface in the right angle cutting process. The design of the model was carried out. The experiment can provide the same relative slip rate and normal stress condition as the actual cutting. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of the normal stress and the relative slip rate at a certain range of normal stress and slip rate.
