【摘要】：為打破西方國(guó)家對(duì)我國(guó)核工業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)封鎖,提高整個(gè)核工業(yè)相關(guān)設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化水平與國(guó)產(chǎn)率,研制出一種安全可靠且可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人值守的全自動(dòng)化核級(jí)數(shù)控起重機(jī)迫在眉睫。專(zhuān)用吊具作為核心部件之一,其設(shè)計(jì)水平直接關(guān)乎整個(gè)起重機(jī)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量水平。該吊具采用單電機(jī)同步驅(qū)動(dòng)三個(gè)卡爪的方案,利用三個(gè)可伸縮旋轉(zhuǎn)爪的同步伸縮,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)廢料桶的鎖緊與松開(kāi)�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用在數(shù)控起重機(jī)上,完全能夠適應(yīng)現(xiàn)有的廢料桶轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)苛刻的工況,可輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)固化桶的精確取放,安全可靠,對(duì)復(fù)雜工況具有很強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)能力。
[Abstract]:In order to break the technological blockade imposed by western countries on the development of China's nuclear industry, and to improve the level of automation and the domestic production rate of the entire nuclear industry-related equipment, It is urgent to develop a kind of fully automatic nuclear grade NC crane which is safe and reliable and can be unattended. The special hanger is one of the core parts. The design level is directly related to the quality level of the whole crane system design. The field test shows that the structure can be used in the NC crane, which can adapt to the exacting working conditions of the existing waste bucket, and can easily realize the accurate extraction and release of the solidified bucket, which is safe and reliable. It has strong adaptability to complex working conditions.
