【摘要】：分析了球環(huán)分隔式雙列角接觸球軸承各零件相關(guān)尺寸偏差以及分隔球組和保持環(huán)溝道的過盈配合量與軸承游隙的關(guān)系,討論了軸承安裝后的內(nèi)溝道膨脹量和外溝道收縮量對(duì)軸承工作游隙和分隔球組外接圓直徑的影響,給出了分隔球組外接圓直徑偏差與相關(guān)零件尺寸偏差的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The relationship between bearing clearance and the interference fit between the separated ball group and the holding ring channel is analyzed, and the relative dimension deviation of each part of the ball ball bearing with double row angle contact ball bearing is analyzed, and the relationship between the interference fit of the separated ball group and the holding ring channel is also analyzed. The effects of the expansion of the inner channel and the shrinkage of the outer channel on the working clearance of the bearing and the diameter of the outer circle of the separated ball group are discussed. The relationship between the diameter deviation of the outer circle of the separated ball group and the dimension deviation of the relevant parts is given.
