液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及操控性能研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對液壓缸的性能要求也越來越高,伴隨著對液壓缸試驗(yàn)的要求也越來越高。我國液壓缸試驗(yàn)和測控技術(shù)測量精度不高、自動(dòng)化程度不高、智能化程度不高,液壓缸試驗(yàn)和測控技術(shù)的落后嚴(yán)重制約我國液壓缸的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。因此,我們急需設(shè)計(jì)更完善的液壓缸試驗(yàn),提高液壓缸的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平和液壓缸的性能。介紹了液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)原理及系統(tǒng)組成,對其重要的測控特性進(jìn)行了研究分析。綜述了液壓缸的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、液壓缸試驗(yàn)的研究意義以及國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容等。對液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)內(nèi)泄漏測量,負(fù)載效率的測量,起動(dòng)壓力測量幾項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并對其進(jìn)行應(yīng)用與分析。該試驗(yàn)?zāi)軐?shí)現(xiàn)對液壓缸出廠性能的檢測,多種試驗(yàn)可以同步進(jìn)行,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程的無級調(diào)壓,復(fù)合調(diào)速,比例加載,系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)全自動(dòng)智能控制。針對液壓缸試驗(yàn)中的內(nèi)泄漏測量、負(fù)載效率測量、起動(dòng)壓力測量關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題重點(diǎn)研究,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)出了高精度的檢測系統(tǒng)。對內(nèi)泄漏的測量采用溫度標(biāo)定法,可以在線實(shí)時(shí)測量并且檢測精度非常高;對負(fù)載效率的測量,采用比例溢流閥調(diào)壓,激光測量儀監(jiān)控活塞桿位移狀態(tài),可在線精準(zhǔn)測量并繪制圖表;對于起動(dòng)壓力的測量,采用節(jié)流閥和小量程壓力表,在線精準(zhǔn)測量起動(dòng)壓力,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果精準(zhǔn)可靠。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該試驗(yàn)技術(shù)檢測穩(wěn)定可靠,準(zhǔn)確高效,大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率,為液壓缸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平的提高提供了可靠的依據(jù),對液壓缸的生產(chǎn)與檢測具有重大的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the requirement of hydraulic cylinder performance is higher and higher. The degree of intelligence is not high, and the backwardness of the hydraulic cylinder test and measurement and control technology seriously restricts the production quality of the hydraulic cylinder in our country. Therefore, we urgently need to design more perfect hydraulic cylinder test. This paper introduces the principle and system composition of hydraulic cylinder type test, studies and analyzes its important measurement and control characteristics, and summarizes the development status of hydraulic cylinder, and improves the production technology level of hydraulic cylinder and the performance of hydraulic cylinder, introduces the principle and system composition of hydraulic cylinder type test, and analyzes its important measurement and control characteristics. The research significance of the hydraulic cylinder test and the content of the test stipulated by the national standard, etc. The key technologies of the hydraulic cylinder type test, such as internal leakage measurement, load efficiency measurement, starting pressure measurement and so on, are designed. The test can be used to detect the performance of hydraulic cylinder, and many tests can be carried out synchronously, which can realize remote stepless voltage regulation, compound speed regulation, proportional loading, etc. Automatic intelligent control of system test. According to the key technical problems of internal leakage measurement, load efficiency measurement and starting pressure measurement in hydraulic cylinder test, combined with the actual situation, A high precision detection system is designed. The temperature calibration method is used to measure internal leakage, which can be measured online in real time and has a very high detection accuracy, and for load efficiency measurement, the proportional relief valve is used to adjust the pressure. Laser measuring instrument monitors piston rod displacement, can be accurately measured and plotted on line. For starting pressure measurement, throttle valve and small range pressure gauge are used to accurately measure starting pressure on line. The test results show that the testing technology is stable, reliable, accurate and efficient, and greatly improves the production efficiency, which provides a reliable basis for the improvement of the production technology level of hydraulic cylinder. It is of great significance to the production and inspection of hydraulic cylinder.
