零部件加工過(guò)程中碳足跡分析方法及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:零部件加工企業(yè)將資源轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楫a(chǎn)品的過(guò)程會(huì)消耗巨大能量,同時(shí)也會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成很大影響如排放大量的二氧化碳。零部件加工作為制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的主要過(guò)程,在制造業(yè)的節(jié)能和減排中扮演著重要角色。碳排放量評(píng)估作為零部件加工過(guò)程中對(duì)環(huán)境影響的重要指標(biāo),是制造業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳加工的基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)于如何在零部件加工過(guò)程中對(duì)碳排放量進(jìn)行有效計(jì)算的問(wèn)題,本文進(jìn)行了深入研究,建立了基于工序碳源的零部件加工過(guò)程碳排放評(píng)估模型。并對(duì)工序碳排放誤差進(jìn)行分析,建立工序間誤差關(guān)系。為在整個(gè)加工過(guò)程中碳足跡產(chǎn)生異常的根源和改進(jìn)碳排放量提供依據(jù)。第一章,主要探討與總結(jié)論文研究的背景、目的以及意義,并總結(jié)與分析零部件加工過(guò)程碳足跡的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章,分析了零部件的生產(chǎn)加工過(guò)程,從零部件的信息出發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)加工方法,從而確定零部件加工過(guò)程的工序流。并對(duì)零部件特征信息與加工方法、加工方法與設(shè)備它們之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行探討,確定映射關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)零部件加工過(guò)程碳排放特性進(jìn)行闡述,并對(duì)影響工序碳排放量不確定的因素進(jìn)行了分析。第三章,針對(duì)零部件加工過(guò)程碳排放量的分析與計(jì)算問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,提出了基于工序碳源的碳排放評(píng)估模型。首先在零部件加工過(guò)程的碳排放特性基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建工序碳源,進(jìn)而分析工序特征,建立工序特征四大要素,同時(shí)確立工序碳源的計(jì)算規(guī)則,提出了物料消耗工序碳源、空載工序碳源、負(fù)載工序碳源、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施碳排放的計(jì)算評(píng)估模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了零部件加工工序的碳排放計(jì)算方法。第四章,分析加工過(guò)程誤差的來(lái)源、分類,先介紹了單工序碳排放量獨(dú)立誤差,運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)關(guān)鍵誤差源進(jìn)行提取;接著闡述多工序加工過(guò)程工序碳排放量的誤差函數(shù),使用相關(guān)分析法,來(lái)討論工序間的相關(guān)性,運(yùn)用回歸算法來(lái)驗(yàn)證工序間的擬合函數(shù),進(jìn)而建立多工序間碳排放量誤差關(guān)系。第五章,結(jié)合零部件加工過(guò)程碳排放計(jì)算方法,以某電能表制造企業(yè)為對(duì)象,開(kāi)發(fā)了零部件加工過(guò)程碳排放評(píng)估系統(tǒng)(C-CAPP)。從開(kāi)發(fā)思路和結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊逐一進(jìn)行介紹。第六章,對(duì)全文研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)今后的進(jìn)一步研究工作進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The process of converting resources into products by parts processing enterprises will consume a great deal of energy, and at the same time will have a great impact on the environment, such as the emission of a large amount of carbon dioxide. Parts processing is the main process of manufacturing products. It plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction in manufacturing industry. It is the foundation of low carbon processing in manufacturing industry. This paper makes a deep research on how to calculate the carbon emission effectively in the process of parts processing. A carbon emission assessment model based on process carbon source is established, and the error of process carbon emission is analyzed. To establish the error relationship between the processes, to provide the basis for the origin of carbon footprint anomalies and the improvement of carbon emissions in the whole processing process. Chapter 1, mainly discusses and summarizes the background, purpose and significance of the research. And summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of carbon footprint in the process of parts processing. Chapter two analyzes the production and processing process of parts and components, and designs and processes methods based on the information of parts and components. In order to determine the process flow in the process of parts processing, and to discuss the relationship between the characteristic information of parts and the processing methods, the processing methods and the equipment. On the basis of this, the carbon emission characteristics of parts and components processing process are expounded, and the factors influencing the uncertainty of process carbon emissions are analyzed. Based on the analysis and calculation of carbon emissions in parts processing process, a carbon emission assessment model based on process carbon source is proposed. Firstly, the carbon source is constructed on the basis of the carbon emission characteristics of parts processing process. Then the paper analyzes the process characteristics, establishes the four elements of the process characteristics, establishes the calculation rules of the process carbon source, and puts forward the calculation and evaluation model of the material consumption process carbon source, the no-load working procedure carbon source, the load working procedure carbon source, and the carbon emission from the infrastructure. In chapter 4th, the source and classification of the process error are analyzed, and the independent error of the single process is introduced, and the key error source is extracted by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then the error function of carbon emission in multi-process process is expounded. Correlation analysis method is used to discuss the correlation between processes, and regression algorithm is used to verify the fitting function between processes. Chapter 5th, combined with the calculation method of carbon emission in the process of parts processing, takes an electric energy meter manufacturing enterprise as an object. A carbon emission assessment system for parts processing is developed. The overall design of the system is explained from the development idea and structure, and the main function modules of the system are introduced one by one. Chapter 6th summarizes the research contents of the whole paper. The future research work is prospected.
