【摘要】：水力式垂直升船機具有大載荷、大行程、變載荷的特點,它要求系統(tǒng)能夠可靠、平穩(wěn)、安全運行,因而需解決負(fù)載變化狀態(tài)下的閥控系統(tǒng)流量穩(wěn)定性以及變流量狀態(tài)下的壓力穩(wěn)定性等技術(shù)難題。采用比例換向閥+壓力補償器、比例流量閥+壓力補償器的模式實現(xiàn)了變負(fù)載狀態(tài)下調(diào)平、均衡油缸的速度穩(wěn)定可調(diào),以及流量變化狀態(tài)下夾緊系統(tǒng)卸荷壓力可控,使系統(tǒng)運行平穩(wěn)、可靠。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic vertical ship lift has the characteristics of large load, long stroke and variable load. It requires the system to run reliably, smoothly and safely. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the technical problems such as the flow stability of valve control system and the pressure stability under variable flow state under the condition of load change. The proportional reversing valve pressure compensator is adopted. The mode of proportional flow valve pressure compensator realizes variable load state down-leveling, stable and adjustable speed of balancing cylinder, and controllable unloading pressure of clamping system under the state of flow change, which makes the system run smoothly and reliably.
