變位面齒輪副承載特性分析及變位系數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為改善面齒輪副嚙合性能,采用變位插齒刀對面齒輪進行變位,建立了包含齒根過渡曲面在內(nèi)的變位面齒輪全齒面理論三維幾何模型,進行了承載接觸分析(LTCA)和應(yīng)力場分析,并以齒根彎曲應(yīng)力、齒面接觸應(yīng)力為兩個優(yōu)化目標,采用帶精英策略的快速非支配排序遺傳算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)優(yōu)化了變位系數(shù).結(jié)果表明:面齒輪副變位對承載傳動誤差、齒間載荷分配、齒面載荷分布有一定影響,但承載傳動誤差波動幅值對變位系數(shù)并不敏感;負變位可增加重合度,并減小大輪齒根彎曲應(yīng)力峰值,但齒面接觸應(yīng)力、小輪齒根彎曲應(yīng)力峰值增大;正變位可減小齒面接觸應(yīng)力、小輪齒根彎曲應(yīng)力峰值,但大輪齒根彎曲應(yīng)力峰值增大;優(yōu)化后的變位系數(shù)既提高了齒面接觸強度,又使大、小輪彎曲強度趨于接近,有利于提高面齒輪副的承載能力.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the meshing performance of the surface gear pair, the surface gear with the modified gear shaper is used to modify the position, and the three-dimensional geometric model of the whole tooth surface of the modified gear, including the tooth root transition surface, is established, and the load bearing contact analysis and the stress field analysis are carried out. Taking the bending stress of tooth root and the contact stress of tooth surface as two optimization targets, the modification coefficient is optimized by using the genetic algorithm of fast non-dominant sorting with elite strategy, the result shows that the displacement of the face gear pair is wrong to the load bearing transmission. Load distribution between teeth and load distribution on tooth surface have certain influence, but the fluctuation amplitude of load transmission error is not sensitive to displacement coefficient, negative displacement can increase coincidence degree and decrease the peak value of bending stress of tooth root of large wheel, but contact stress of tooth surface. The peak value of bending stress of gear root increases, the positive displacement can reduce the contact stress of tooth surface, the peak value of bending stress of small gear tooth root increases, but the peak value of bending stress of large gear tooth root increases. The optimized displacement coefficient not only increases the contact strength of tooth surface, but also makes the tooth surface contact strength larger. The bending strength of the small wheel tends to be close, which is helpful to improve the bearing capacity of the face gear pair.
