考慮離心力的定量式扇形靜壓轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)承載力建模

【摘要】:針對(duì)定量式扇形靜壓油墊承載力計(jì)算未考慮離心力因素的影響,且傳統(tǒng)計(jì)算方法缺乏試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證的問(wèn)題,首先推導(dǎo)得到考慮離心力的扇形靜壓支承油墊承載力模型,而后建立了轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的整體動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,設(shè)計(jì)了液體靜壓轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)試驗(yàn)方案,并進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。通過(guò)理論計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)值的對(duì)比分析表明,兩者變化趨勢(shì)基本一致,誤差范圍在比較合理的范圍內(nèi),驗(yàn)證了考慮離心力的扇形油墊承載力計(jì)算模型和整體動(dòng)力學(xué)方程的可行性。本文所建的模型及分析結(jié)論可以為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)及轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的服役性能提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:The influence of centrifugal force is not taken into account in the calculation of the bearing capacity of the quantitative sector hydrostatic oil cushion, and the traditional calculation method is lack of test verification. First, the bearing capacity model of sector hydrostatic bearing oil cushion considering centrifugal force is derived, then the overall dynamic model of turntable is established, and the test scheme of hydrostatic pressure turntable is designed. The experimental results show that the variation trend is basically the same and the error range is reasonable. The feasibility of the calculation model of the bearing capacity and the global dynamic equation of the fan oil cushion considering centrifugal force is verified. The model and the analysis results can provide theoretical support for the actual production and the service performance of the turntable.
