【摘要】：利用覆型膜及光學(xué)影像測(cè)量方法,評(píng)定平底孔的質(zhì)量參數(shù),解決了平底孔內(nèi)部形態(tài)測(cè)量困難的技術(shù)難題;使用超聲檢測(cè)方法,檢測(cè)孔底平面度及平底孔孔徑、孔深、孔底面與檢測(cè)面平行度等質(zhì)量情況,保證了受檢產(chǎn)品超聲檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:The quality parameters of the flat bottom hole are evaluated by using the overlay film and optical image measurement method, and the difficult technical problem of the internal shape measurement of the flat bottom hole is solved. The ultrasonic testing method is used to detect the flatness of the bottom of the hole, the aperture of the flat bottom, the depth of the hole and the parallelism between the bottom of the hole and the detection surface, which ensures the accuracy of the ultrasonic testing results of the products being tested.
