基于含等效球鉸的3-RPS自調(diào)平升降機(jī)靜力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:為了解決折疊臂升降機(jī)在坡度稍大路面上難以正常工作的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)和串聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的組合,并考慮球副轉(zhuǎn)角范圍的要求,提出了基于含等效球鉸的3-RPS并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)自調(diào)平升降機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案;為了能正確分析該結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和剛度,通過(guò)建立動(dòng)平臺(tái)與支鏈、折疊臂之間的靜力平衡方程和靜力雅克比矩陣,推導(dǎo)出了升降機(jī)的完整靜力學(xué)模型,并著重研究了其中含等效球鉸的3-RPS并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)靜力學(xué)模型,通過(guò)算例1對(duì)比傳統(tǒng)3-RPS并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的靜力學(xué)模型驗(yàn)證了含等效球鉸的3-RPS并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)靜力學(xué)模型的正確性,通過(guò)算例2確定了油缸徑向力的影響因素并得到了減小徑向力的解決方法;該研究為含等效球鉸的其他并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)靜力學(xué)研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for the folding arm lift to work normally on the road with a slightly larger slope, through the combination of the parallel mechanism and the series mechanism, the requirements of the angle range of the ball pair are considered. The design scheme of self-leveling lift of 3-RPS parallel mechanism based on equivalent spherical hinge is proposed. In order to correctly analyze the strength and stiffness of the structure, the complete statics model of the lift is derived by establishing the static equilibrium equation and the static Jacobian matrix between the moving platform and the branched chain and the folding arm. The statics model of 3-RPS parallel mechanism with equivalent spherical hinge is studied emphatically. The static model of 3-RPS parallel mechanism with equivalent spherical hinge is verified by the statics model of 3-RPS parallel mechanism. The influence factors of the radial force of the cylinder are determined by example 2, and the solution to reduce the radial force is obtained. This study provides a theoretical basis for the statics study of other parallel mechanisms with equivalent spherical hinges.
