【摘要】：隨著數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,三坐標(biāo)測量機(jī)(CMM)成為了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品零件檢測與質(zhì)量控制的重要手段,提高CMM的自動化與集成化是現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵。然而,在零件檢測信息提取與管理方面,許多企業(yè)依然采用CAD中性文件作為信息的載體和基礎(chǔ),從而導(dǎo)致部分檢測信息缺失、數(shù)據(jù)傳遞受阻等問題出現(xiàn)。MBD模型定義了產(chǎn)品檢測過程中的完備信息,使得零件檢測信息的提取與管理更加方便與直觀,并為后續(xù)檢測工藝規(guī)劃等工作奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文首先分析了CMM的國內(nèi)外理論研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,找出其存在的缺點(diǎn)和不足。在實(shí)際調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對基于MBD的零件檢測信息提取與管理系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。其次,對零件MBD模型的檢測信息進(jìn)行了定義,明確了公差信息與幾何特征信息之間關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,并構(gòu)建了基于MBD的零件檢測信息模型框架。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用Creo Parametric TOOLKIT二次開發(fā)工具,在Visual Studio 2010平臺下開發(fā)了零件檢測信息提取的應(yīng)用程序。再次,研究了檢測過程中的任務(wù)分配和路徑規(guī)劃問題。在檢測任務(wù)分配方面,建立了符合軍工企業(yè)車間實(shí)際的任務(wù)分配數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用遺傳算法求解出了最優(yōu)分配方式,并通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了模型的合理性以及算法的有效性。而對于檢測路徑規(guī)劃,為將離散的檢測點(diǎn)連接生成一條有效的無碰撞路徑,提出基于遺傳蟻群算法對檢測路徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。最后,結(jié)合上述分析與研究成果,利用Java、Oracle等技術(shù),在Eclipse平臺上開發(fā)了系統(tǒng)的原型系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了CAD/CMM/MES集成。并通過企業(yè)試點(diǎn)運(yùn)行,顯著提高了企業(yè)檢測效率,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了其設(shè)計(jì)方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of digital design and manufacturing technology, CMM (coordinate measuring Machine) has become an important means of product parts inspection and quality control. To improve the automation and integration of CMM is the key to the construction of modern manufacturing information. However, in part detection information extraction and management. Many enterprises still use CAD neutral files as the carrier and basis of information, which leads to partial detection of missing information. MBD model defines the complete information in the process of product inspection, which makes the extraction and management of part inspection information more convenient and intuitionistic. This paper first analyzes the current situation of theoretical research and application of CMM at home and abroad, finds out its shortcomings and shortcomings. On the basis of actual investigation. The structure of part detection information extraction and management system based on MBD is designed in detail. Secondly, the detection information of part MBD model is defined. The relationship between tolerance information and geometric feature information is clarified, and the framework of part detection information model based on MBD is constructed. The second development tool of Creo Parametric TOOLKIT is used. The application program of part detection information extraction is developed on the platform of Visual Studio 2010. The task assignment and path planning in the process of detection are studied. In the aspect of task allocation, a mathematical model of task assignment is established, which is in line with the actual situation in the workshop of military enterprises. The optimal allocation method is solved by genetic algorithm, and the rationality of the model and the validity of the algorithm are verified by an example. In order to link the discrete detection points to generate an effective collision free path, a genetic ant colony algorithm is proposed to optimize the detection path. Finally, combined with the above analysis and research results, using Java. The prototype system of the system is developed on the platform of Eclipse, and the CAD/CMM/MES integration is realized by the technology of Oracle. The efficiency of enterprise detection is improved significantly, and the feasibility of the design method is verified.
