【摘要】:液壓傳動技術(shù)具有功率密度高、傳動配置靈活、可靠耐用等優(yōu)點,已成為自動化控制領(lǐng)域中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,廣泛應(yīng)用于工程領(lǐng)域。液壓技術(shù)從出現(xiàn)到大規(guī)模應(yīng)用,都存在對測試的需求。本研究課題以液壓測試系統(tǒng)為研究對象,目標(biāo)是研究一套基于規(guī)則庫的液壓測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計理論與方法,按照該理論方法可設(shè)計出穩(wěn)定可靠、易于維護、擴展性好的液壓測試系統(tǒng),且該理論方法具有較高的設(shè)計開發(fā)效率。同時,在一套液壓換向閥出廠測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計生產(chǎn)過程中進行應(yīng)用,以實例驗證這套設(shè)計理論與方法的有效性。本論文的主要內(nèi)容如下:1)測試系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計:對液壓測試的基本測試內(nèi)容進行歸納整理,作為液壓測試系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)與依據(jù);通過對主流的幾種液壓測試系統(tǒng)方案進行分析歸納與比較,得出不同方案的優(yōu)缺點與適用范圍;根據(jù)液壓測試系統(tǒng)的一般應(yīng)用場景與測試需求,進行基于規(guī)則庫的液壓測試系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。2)基于規(guī)則的測試控制軟件:結(jié)合液壓測試的特點與對測試控制軟件的一般需求,設(shè)計了基于規(guī)則的測試控制軟件,包括軟件架構(gòu)的設(shè)計、測試規(guī)則的表示與組織方式、推理控制引擎的設(shè)計。3)實驗驗證:應(yīng)用基于規(guī)則的液壓測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計理論與方法,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一套液壓換向閥出廠測試系統(tǒng),測試性能穩(wěn)定可靠,測試效率高,易于維護,擴展性好,驗證了基于規(guī)則的液壓測試系統(tǒng)的可實現(xiàn)性與有效性。本文在最后對全文的主要研究工作進行了總結(jié),并對其存在的不足提出了進一步研究和改進的方向。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic transmission technology has the advantages of high power density, flexible transmission configuration, reliable and durable, and has become one of the key technologies in the field of automation control. Widely used in engineering. From the emergence of hydraulic technology to large-scale applications, there is a need for testing. The goal is to study the design theory and method of a set of hydraulic test system based on rule base. According to the theory and method, a stable and reliable hydraulic testing system can be designed, which is easy to maintain and has good expansibility. At the same time, it is applied in the design and production of a set of hydraulic reversing valve test system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) structure design of the test system: the basic test contents of hydraulic test are summarized and sorted. As the basis and basis of hydraulic testing system; Through the analysis and comparison of several main hydraulic test system schemes, the advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of different schemes are obtained. According to the general application scenarios and test requirements of the hydraulic testing system. The structure design of hydraulic test system based on rule base. 2) the test control software based on rule: combined with the characteristics of hydraulic test and the general requirement of test control software. A rule-based test control software is designed, including the design of software architecture, the representation and organization of test rules. The design of reasoning control engine. 3) Experimental verification: applying the design theory and method of the rule based hydraulic testing system, a set of hydraulic reversing valve factory test system is designed and implemented, the testing performance is stable and reliable. The test efficiency is high, easy to maintain, good expansibility, which verifies the realization and effectiveness of the rules-based hydraulic testing system. Finally, this paper summarizes the main research work in this paper. At the same time, the direction of further research and improvement is put forward.
