【摘要】：為了減小傳感器定位對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響和傳感器拆裝麻煩以及傳感器多問(wèn)題,提出了一種改進(jìn)的三點(diǎn)法。該方法通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)化模型,計(jì)算出傳感器的定位誤差、傾斜度誤差、錯(cuò)位誤差的測(cè)量誤差值,比較傳感器不同方向的誤差計(jì)算值,結(jié)合高精度旋轉(zhuǎn)刻度盤和光柵尺,對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改善。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法能夠正確分離工件的形狀誤差和回轉(zhuǎn)誤差,測(cè)量誤差能夠達(dá)到±0.05μm,測(cè)量重復(fù)性好,能夠減小工件的檢測(cè)成本和安裝時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the influence of sensor location on the measurement results of the sensor and the sensor and disassembly trouble problems, proposes an improved three point method. This method simplifies the model, calculate the positioning error of the sensor, slope error, measurement error error, calculation error comparison sensor in different directions, with high accuracy rotary dial and grating, the improvement of measurement structure. The experimental results show that this method can correctly separate workpiece shape error and rotation error, measurement error can reach 0.05 M, the measurement repeatability is good, can reduce the workpiece detection cost and installation time.
