【摘要】:閥前補(bǔ)償負(fù)載敏感系統(tǒng)在流量飽和狀態(tài)下,無(wú)法按各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)多路閥節(jié)流閥口開度成比例的分配流量,進(jìn)而嚴(yán)重影響執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)復(fù)合動(dòng)作協(xié)調(diào)性,基于此,提出了一種基于流量計(jì)算的方法,用于實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的抗流量飽和。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了抗流量飽和AMESim模型,并進(jìn)行仿真研究。結(jié)果表明,閥前補(bǔ)償負(fù)載敏感系統(tǒng)采用流量計(jì)算法后,在流量飽和時(shí)能按各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)多路閥節(jié)流閥口開度之比進(jìn)行流量分配,保證了復(fù)合動(dòng)作的協(xié)調(diào)性,為解決實(shí)際閥前補(bǔ)償負(fù)載敏感系統(tǒng)的流量飽和問(wèn)題提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:In the condition of flow saturation, the load sensitive system in front of the valve can not distribute the flow according to the opening degree of the throttle valve of the multi-way valve, which seriously affects the coordination of the compound action of the actuator. In this paper, a method based on flow calculation is proposed, which is used to realize the anti-flow saturation of the system. On this basis, the anti-flow saturation AMESim model is established, and the simulation results show that. After adopting the flow calculation method in the front compensation load sensitive system, the flow distribution can be carried out according to the ratio of the throttle opening of various actuators when the flow is saturated, which ensures the coordination of the compound action. It provides a theoretical reference for solving the problem of flow saturation of load sensitive system in front of valve compensation.
