【摘要】:我國(guó)目前的塵肺病人數(shù)、接觸粉塵人數(shù)、新增塵肺病人數(shù)均位于世界首位。而近年來(lái)機(jī)械加工的發(fā)展加快,越來(lái)越多的機(jī)械加工廠誕生,這其中以鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的增加量尤為突出。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的工作人員大多缺乏自我保護(hù)意識(shí)且企業(yè)缺乏完善的通風(fēng)除塵設(shè)備和防塵管理措施,導(dǎo)致塵肺病人數(shù)的進(jìn)一步增加。為了保障作業(yè)人員的人身健康和經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,對(duì)機(jī)械加工廠的粉塵防治工作研究迫在眉睫。本文以某機(jī)械加工廠粉塵的綜合防治為研究對(duì)象,從吹砂、噴涂、機(jī)加工、焊接打磨等幾個(gè)方面的加工工藝出發(fā)。詳細(xì)了解了各個(gè)工藝的工藝原理、產(chǎn)塵機(jī)理和產(chǎn)塵種類,并按照防塵八字方針“護(hù)、教、查、管、密、風(fēng)、革、水”詳細(xì)介紹了防塵技術(shù),重點(diǎn)介紹了通風(fēng)類型和除塵器種類的選擇。并且通過(guò)對(duì)該廠的粉塵檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析和對(duì)該廠的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查,詳細(xì)分析了該廠在防塵工作中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn),并且針對(duì)該廠在機(jī)械加工工藝環(huán)節(jié)中防塵工作不足的地方提出改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the number of pneumoconiosis, dust exposure and new pneumoconiosis in China are in the first place in the world. But in recent years, the development of mechanical processing is accelerating, and more and more machinery processing plants are born. Most of the staff of township enterprises lack self-protection consciousness and enterprises lack of perfect ventilation and dust removal equipment and dust prevention management measures. It leads to the further increase of the number of pneumoconiosis. In order to ensure the personal health of the workers and the stable development of the economy. It is urgent to study the dust prevention and control in mechanical processing plant. This paper takes the comprehensive prevention and control of dust in a mechanical processing plant as the research object, from blowing sand, spraying, machining. Welding grinding and other aspects of the processing technology. Detailed understanding of the process principle, dust production mechanism and types of dust production, and according to the anti-dust eight-character policy "protect, teach, check, pipe, secret, wind, leather." The dust prevention technology is introduced in detail, with emphasis on the selection of ventilation type and dust precipitator type. Through the analysis of dust detection data and field investigation of the plant. The advantages and disadvantages of dustproof work in this factory are analyzed in detail, and suggestions for improvement are put forward in view of the shortage of dustproof work in the process of mechanical processing.
