【摘要】:針對大模數(shù)圓柱直齒輪冷擠壓過程中均勻過盈量組合凹模易出現(xiàn)開裂的問題,提出一種變過盈量組合凹模的設(shè)計方法,并以直徑比、中圈內(nèi)壁錐角和過盈系數(shù)為設(shè)計變量,以降低模芯內(nèi)壁等效應(yīng)力、避免模芯出現(xiàn)周向拉應(yīng)力和避免內(nèi)外圈塑性變形為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),建立變過盈量組合凹模結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與綜合加權(quán)評分值的Kriging模型。應(yīng)用Kriging模型結(jié)合粒子群算法,在可行變量空間內(nèi)尋優(yōu),得到最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)組合為:n_2=1.55,n_3=2.55,γ'=1.25°,β_2=2.5‰,β_3=2.4‰。研究結(jié)果表明,采用優(yōu)化后的變過盈量組合凹?捎行П苊饨M合凹模的破裂,提高模具的使用壽命。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the uniform interference volume combined die is prone to crack during cold extrusion of large modulus cylindrical spur gear, a design method of variable interference volume combined die is proposed, and the diameter ratio is used. The cone angle and interference coefficient of the inner wall of the middle ring are the design variables to reduce the equivalent stress of the inner wall of the die core, to avoid the circumferential tensile stress and to avoid the plastic deformation of the inner ring. The Kriging model of variable interference volume combined die structure parameter and comprehensive weighted scoring value is established, and the Kriging model combined with particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to search for optimization in feasible variable space.
