【摘要】:以雙壓力角非對(duì)稱細(xì)高齒齒輪為研究對(duì)象,首先建立了齒輪參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的模型方法,采用ANSYS對(duì)齒輪嚙合的綜合應(yīng)力和接觸應(yīng)力進(jìn)行仿真。結(jié)果顯示,雙壓力角非對(duì)稱細(xì)高齒主動(dòng)輪的綜合應(yīng)力峰值出現(xiàn)在中間齒的根部,從動(dòng)輪應(yīng)力峰值為主動(dòng)輪的1.7倍;雙壓力角非對(duì)稱細(xì)高齒輪的接觸應(yīng)力最大值出現(xiàn)在曲率半徑最小的位置,當(dāng)齒輪重合度小于2.4時(shí),局部應(yīng)力峰值急劇增加,接觸應(yīng)力的峰值出現(xiàn)在齒面中部的位置。
[Abstract]:In this paper , a model method of gear parameter design is established based on the asymmetric high - tooth gear with double pressure angle . The synthetic stress and contact stress of the gear mesh are simulated by ANSYS . The results show that the peak of the composite stress of the asymmetric high - tooth driving wheel of the double - pressure angle appears at the root of the middle tooth , the stress peak of the driven wheel is 1.7 times of the driving wheel , and the peak value of the contact stress of the double - pressure angle asymmetric fine high gear appears at the minimum curvature radius . When the coincidence degree of the gear is less than 2.4 , the peak of the local stress increases sharply , and the peak value of the contact stress appears in the middle of the tooth surface .
