【摘要】:計算機技術的飛速發(fā)展推動了機械行業(yè)設計方法的變革。以參數(shù)化設計為代表的現(xiàn)代化設計方法改善了傳統(tǒng)設計方法工作量大、重復性高、效率低下的缺陷,使設計人員從復雜繁重的重復性工作中解脫出來,去從事更多創(chuàng)造性的工作,提高了工作效率。起重機行業(yè)正是這一變革的受益者,國內(nèi)外起重機制造商很早就關注起重機設計方法的現(xiàn)代化,關于起重機的參數(shù)化設計也進行了大量的研究并取得了相當?shù)某晒@些研究和成果對起重機行業(yè)起到了非常積極正面的影響,極大地推動了起重機行業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外輪式起重機的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及本文涉及的關鍵技術。國內(nèi)起重機行業(yè)起步較晚但發(fā)展迅速,目前距國際先進水平還有一定差距,但發(fā)展前景光明。本文主要介紹輪式起重機設計計算軟件總體及其吊臂伸縮機構模塊開發(fā),,主要涉及面向?qū)ο蟮木幊涕_發(fā)技術、文檔處理技術及UG二次開發(fā)技術。 其次,介紹了軟件系統(tǒng)總體設計。在需求分析的基礎上,進行了系統(tǒng)總體框架設計,制定了總體技術方案。針對各個子模塊,列出了總體設計需求,作為設計的依據(jù)和指導。 再次,針對起重機吊臂伸縮機構設計計算方法的整理做了詳細的闡述。根據(jù)某公司的具體情況,主要有油缸+繩排式和油缸+插銷式兩種形式的吊臂伸縮機構。分別對兩種形式的吊臂伸縮機構進行受力分析,計算鋼絲繩和油缸的受力,并進行鋼絲繩選型計算和銷軸設計校核,總結和整理出了以上計算的通用化公式。 然后,介紹了吊臂伸縮機構設計計算模塊的開發(fā)。詳細地介紹了軟件系統(tǒng)設計、模塊設計、界面設計,就編程開發(fā)中的重點和難點也做了詳細描述。關于Word文檔處理功能的開發(fā),介紹了其實現(xiàn)原理和方法;關于UG二次開發(fā)技術,介紹了菜單設計、入口函數(shù)編寫、編譯和連接等關鍵技術。 最后,介紹了基于黑盒理論的軟件測試方案,詳細給出了軟件測試用例和測試結果。測試結果滿足預期結果,得出結論,軟件模塊滿足設計要求和使用要求。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of computer technology promoted the design method of mechanical industry revolution. With modern design method of parametric design as the representative of the traditional design method to improve the workload, high repeatability, defects of low efficiency, free the designer from repetitive work complex and difficult, to engage in more creative work, improve work efficiency. The crane industry is the change of the beneficiaries of the domestic and foreign crane manufacturer has long been concerned about the modern design method of crane, parametric design of crane have also done a lot of research and have made great achievements, these studies and results to a very positive influence on the crane industry, greatly to promote the development of the crane industry.
This paper introduces the key technology of the development of the status quo at home and abroad as well as the wheel crane. The domestic crane industry started late but develops rapidly, at present there is a certain gap from the international advanced level, but the development of a bright future. This paper mainly introduces the design and calculation software of wheel crane overall development of crane arm telescopic mechanism module, mainly related to technology oriented programming object, document processing technology and UG two development.
Secondly, the overall design of software system is introduced. Based on the demand analysis, the overall framework of the system is designed, and the overall technology plan is formulated. For each sub module, the overall design requirements are listed as the basis and guidance for design.
Again, in detail the calculation method for the design of crane telescopic mechanism. According to the specific situation of a company, the main cylinder + rope and cylinder + bolt two kinds of crane telescopic mechanism. Stress analysis was performed separately for two kinds of crane telescopic mechanism, calculation of steel wire the rope and the stress of cylinder, and the wire rope selection calculation and pin shaft design, summarizing and sorting out the general formula of the above calculation.
Then, introduces the development design and calculation module of crane telescopic mechanism. This paper introduces the software system design, module design, interface design, key points and the difficulty of programming development are also described in detail. The development of the Word document processing function, introduces the principle and method of UG two development; the entrance, menu design, function, compile and link the key technology.
Finally, the software testing scheme based on black box theory is introduced, and the software test cases and test results are given in detail. The test results meet the expected results, and it is concluded that the software modules meet the design requirements and application requirements.
