【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)4.0概念的逐漸滲透,中小企業(yè)也逐漸意識(shí)到自動(dòng)化的生產(chǎn)方式對(duì)生產(chǎn)的影響越來(lái)越大。為解決軟管(牙膏管)裝箱勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,勞動(dòng)成本高,本文設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)一款專門用于軟管裝箱的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備。目的為提高軟管裝箱生產(chǎn)效率,降低裝箱勞動(dòng)成本。本文對(duì)軟管自動(dòng)化裝箱機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì),基于NX軟件對(duì)裝箱機(jī)進(jìn)行建模構(gòu)建。以模塊化的理念進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)軟管裝箱機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)整體模塊化分解。軟管自動(dòng)化裝箱機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)包括升降機(jī)構(gòu)、導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)和推管機(jī)構(gòu)。對(duì)軟管自動(dòng)化裝箱機(jī)所設(shè)計(jì)到的傳動(dòng)方式、驅(qū)動(dòng)方式等進(jìn)行分析選擇,安全、合理、精準(zhǔn)驅(qū)動(dòng)。選用相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,縮短產(chǎn)品研發(fā)周期。為研究軟管自動(dòng)化裝箱機(jī)的可靠性,對(duì)軟管裝箱機(jī)關(guān)鍵部分進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析,通過(guò)有限元(FEM)的方法,基于ANSYS對(duì)軟管裝箱機(jī)部件進(jìn)行振動(dòng)分析,通過(guò)虛擬實(shí)驗(yàn)求固有頻率:對(duì)部件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度分析,通過(guò)虛擬實(shí)驗(yàn)和實(shí)際選型對(duì)比驗(yàn)證,確定滾珠絲杠選型正確可靠。在NX平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)分析,導(dǎo)出其運(yùn)動(dòng)的位移、速度、加速度的分析數(shù)據(jù)。然后,利用Origin軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理。根據(jù)分析數(shù)據(jù),提高軟管裝箱機(jī)升降機(jī)構(gòu)的可靠性。軟管自動(dòng)化裝箱機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合用戶需求選用PLC進(jìn)行控制,設(shè)計(jì)故障處理單元、人機(jī)交互界面(HMI);基于模糊PID對(duì)伺服電機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,使用STEP7軟件進(jìn)行梯形圖的編寫。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)軟管自動(dòng)化裝箱機(jī)進(jìn)行全方面的精準(zhǔn)控制。本文設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的軟管自動(dòng)化裝箱機(jī)可代替人工手動(dòng)裝箱,節(jié)約軟管裝箱成本,提高軟管裝箱效率,降低裝箱強(qiáng)度。在一定程度上提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,滿足大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)的需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the gradual penetration of the concept of industrial 4, small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually realized the automation of the production mode of the impact on production more and more. The hose comprises a lifting mechanism, guide mechanism and drive pipe pushing mechanism. The design of automatic packing machine hose, driving mode are analyzed, safe, reasonable, accurate driving. Use standard parts related, shorten the product development cycle To study the reliability of automation. Hose packing machine, numerical analysis of key hose packing machine, through the finite element method (FEM), ANSYS parts of packing machine based on Vibration Analysis of the hose, through virtual experiment for natural frequency of component strength analysis, through the virtual experiment and the actual selection of comparison and validation to determine the selection of ball screw is reliable. Kinematic analysis is carried out on the NX platform, derived the displacement, speed, acceleration data analysis. Then, the data are processed with Origin software. According to the analysis of data, improve the reliability of the lifting mechanism hose packing machine hose. Design of control system for automatic packing machine, with the user needs to use PLC control design, fault processing unit, man-machine interface (HMI); fuzzy PID control of servo motor based on written using STEP7 software for ladder diagram. Realize the precise control of all aspects of automatic packing machine. The hose hose automatic packing machine is designed in this paper can replace manual & packing, packing hose save cost, improve the efficiency of packing hose, reduce packing strength. To improve the economic benefit in a certain extent, meet the requirement of mass production, to achieve the practical value.
