【摘要】:螺紋聯(lián)接是最常用的緊固手段之一,在傳遞力(或力矩)、保證密封結(jié)構(gòu)密封性等方面具有至關(guān)重要的作用。而松動(dòng)作為主要失效形式之一,雖然并沒(méi)有在失效的初始階段便引起重大事故,但是在其失效的進(jìn)行過(guò)程中,螺栓張緊力會(huì)越來(lái)越低,,由此導(dǎo)致的諸如泄漏、異響等結(jié)構(gòu)故障也是不容忽視的。因此,研究螺紋聯(lián)接的松動(dòng)機(jī)理具有重要的工程應(yīng)用及理論價(jià)值。本文圍繞螺紋聯(lián)接松動(dòng)機(jī)理展開(kāi)研究,主要包括以下四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容: 1)采用基于Ziegler隨動(dòng)強(qiáng)化準(zhǔn)則的混合強(qiáng)化模型,研究了以較大預(yù)緊力預(yù)緊的螺紋聯(lián)接在其松動(dòng)初始階段由于材料的棘輪效應(yīng)導(dǎo)致的張緊力下降以及相關(guān)影響因素的影響規(guī)律。 2)通過(guò)分析螺栓螺紋面的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá),提出了螺紋聯(lián)接的參數(shù)化有限元建模方法。隨后對(duì)螺紋聯(lián)接由接觸狀態(tài)變化而產(chǎn)生的張緊力下降展開(kāi)研究,分析了松動(dòng)過(guò)程中接觸狀態(tài)的變化以及相關(guān)的影響因素的影響規(guī)律,揭示了這一階段螺栓松動(dòng)的機(jī)理。 3)對(duì)于溫度引起的螺紋聯(lián)接的塑性變形及蠕變,本文在考慮材料屬性隨溫度非線性變化的同時(shí),將螺栓分為光桿段及螺紋段,建立了可以反映螺栓張緊力、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變狀態(tài)隨循環(huán)溫度變化的一維數(shù)學(xué)模型。該一維模型可以與有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果較好的吻合。 4)分析了溫度變化所引起的螺紋各構(gòu)件的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)形式。率先研究了螺紋聯(lián)接徑向熱膨脹所引起的聯(lián)接中的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)。通過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)募僭O(shè),建立可以反映具有矩形螺牙的螺紋聯(lián)接在溫度循環(huán)變化過(guò)程中螺栓張緊力、螺栓轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度、摩擦力及力矩變化規(guī)律的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并以此研究了若干影響因素的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Thread connection is one of the most commonly used means of fastening, which plays an important role in transmitting force (or torque) and ensuring sealing ability of sealing structure. Loosening is one of the main failure forms. Although it does not cause serious accidents in the initial stage of failure, bolt tension will become lower and lower during the process of failure, resulting in such as leakage. Therefore, it has important engineering application and theoretical value to study the loosening mechanism of thread connection. It mainly includes the following four aspects: 1) A hybrid reinforcement model based on Ziegler agitation enhancement criterion is adopted. In the initial stage of loosening, the tensioning force of thread joints with large pretightening force is decreased due to the ratchet effect of the material and the influence of related factors is studied. 2) by analyzing the mathematical expression of bolt thread surface, a parameterized finite element modeling method of thread connection is put forward. Then, the tension reduction caused by the change of contact state of thread joint is studied. The change of contact state in the process of loosening and the influence of related factors are analyzed, and the mechanism of bolt loosening in this stage is revealed. 3) for the plastic deformation and creep of thread connection caused by temperature, the bolt is divided into bare rod section and thread section, which can reflect the tension force of bolt, considering the nonlinear variation of material properties with temperature. The one-dimensional mathematical model of stress-strain state varying with cyclic temperature is in good agreement with the result of finite element calculation. 4) the relative motion of thread components caused by temperature change is analyzed, and the relative motion in the connection caused by radial thermal expansion of thread connection is studied firstly. The mathematical model of bolt tension, bolt rotation angle, friction force and torque change in the process of temperature cycle change of thread connection with rectangular screw tooth is established. Based on this, the influence law of several influencing factors is studied.
