【摘要】：三參數(shù)威布爾分布在齒輪設(shè)計(jì)初期對(duì)于齒輪接觸疲勞壽命和可靠性分析有重要應(yīng)用�；贚ocati法與常規(guī)成組法對(duì)18CrNiMo合金材料的齒輪在機(jī)械封閉流齒輪試驗(yàn)臺(tái)架上進(jìn)行了接觸疲勞試驗(yàn)。利用三參數(shù)威布爾分布對(duì)試驗(yàn)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合處理,獲得該種材料齒輪的R-S-N曲線,為該材料齒輪的壽命設(shè)計(jì)和可靠性設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考。結(jié)果表明:三參數(shù)威布爾分布對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)擬合效果較好,利用三組試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)即可獲得材料的R-S-N曲線,大幅節(jié)省試驗(yàn)時(shí)間,為類似工程問題提供參考。
[Abstract]:The three parameter Weibull distribution in the early stage of design for gear contact analysis of gear fatigue life and reliability have important applications. Gear Locati method and conventional method of grouping of 18CrNiMo alloy contact fatigue tests were conducted on the mechanical closed gear test bench based on three parameter Weibull distribution. Based on the test data are fitted, R-S-N the gear curve of this material, which provides a reference for the design and reliability design of the material life of the gear. The results show that the three parameter Weibull distribution has good effect on data fitting, the R-S-N curve of material utilization can be three sets of experimental data, save test time, provide a reference for the similar engineering problems.
