【摘要】：根據(jù)全自動液壓精沖機的裝模特點,設計一種用于精沖機上鎖模板的高穩(wěn)定性氣動與液壓相結(jié)合的鎖模裝置,液壓油缸控制T形塊的鎖緊及松開動作,氣缸則控制松開狀態(tài)下T形塊的平移動作,結(jié)合氣缸上的磁敏開關實現(xiàn)了上鎖模板的夾緊及松開的操作。此鎖模裝置結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,安裝方便,且鎖模裝置之間相互獨立,易于維護,生產(chǎn)制造成本相對較低,已在多臺HFB系列全自動液壓精沖機中成功應用。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of mold automatic hydraulic fine blanking machine, the design of a gas with high stability for fine blanking machine lock template combined with dynamic locking device of hydraulic, locking and unlocking the action of hydraulic cylinder control T block, cylinder control translational movement T block release under the condition of combined magnetic sensitive switch on the cylinder to achieve clamping and loosen the lock template operation. The locking device has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, and the locking device are mutually independent, easy maintenance, manufacturing cost is relatively low, has HFB series automatic precision hydraulic punch in successful application of machine.
