【摘要】：為了促進(jìn)學(xué)生就業(yè),許多學(xué)校會(huì)采取校企合作的方式為學(xué)生提供就業(yè)平臺(tái),同時(shí)企業(yè)也能進(jìn)行人才的招攬。當(dāng)前我國機(jī)械行業(yè)隨著時(shí)代的變化也在進(jìn)行逐步發(fā)展,而該發(fā)展使機(jī)械專業(yè)方面的人才就業(yè)形勢(shì)也發(fā)生了變化,尤其是對(duì)機(jī)械專業(yè)人才實(shí)踐能力、綜合素質(zhì)等方面的要求逐漸提高,對(duì)此,校企合作下的人才培養(yǎng)模式也在發(fā)生變化。本文主要分析當(dāng)前校企合作基礎(chǔ)上學(xué)校對(duì)機(jī)械專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的模式,分析其現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并提出了創(chuàng)新性的建議。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the employment of students, many schools will adopt the cooperation of school and enterprise to provide employment platform for students. At the same time, enterprises can also recruit talents. At present, the machinery industry in our country is gradually developing with the change of the times, and this development has also changed the employment situation of mechanical professionals. In particular, the practical ability of mechanical professionals, comprehensive quality and other aspects of the requirements gradually improved, to this. The mode of talent training under the cooperation of school and enterprise is also changing. This paper mainly analyzes the current mode of training mechanical talents on the basis of cooperation between school and enterprise, and analyzes its present situation and existing problems. And put forward innovative suggestions.
