【摘要】：簡要介紹機(jī)構(gòu)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理,分析機(jī)構(gòu)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)在不同工況下對整機(jī)性能的影響,建立機(jī)構(gòu)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計應(yīng)遵循的基本準(zhǔn)則.針對機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,建立機(jī)構(gòu)在線調(diào)向工況下的運(yùn)動方程.以某開敞式硬巖掘進(jìn)裝備(TBM)(刀盤直徑為8m)支撐-推進(jìn)-換步機(jī)構(gòu)樣機(jī)為例,結(jié)合TBM在線調(diào)向作業(yè)的運(yùn)動仿真,建立機(jī)構(gòu)的推進(jìn)油缸、調(diào)向油缸及作業(yè)參數(shù)間的運(yùn)動方程,為深入開展支撐-推進(jìn)-換步機(jī)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計以及精準(zhǔn)在線調(diào)向提供有效的計算方法.
[Abstract]:The topological structure and working principle are briefly introduced mechanism of the influence of topology analysis of the mechanism on the performance under different conditions, establish the basic criterion of mechanism topology design should follow. According to the structure characteristics of mechanism, establish mechanism to online motion conditions of the process. To a certain open type hard rock excavation equipment (TBM) (cutter diameter 8m) - Support - change propulsion mechanism prototype as an example, combining TBM online to motion simulation work, promote the establishment of the cylinder to cylinder, equations of motion and operation parameters, to carry out the support - to promote innovative design change mechanism and to provide accurate online calculation the method is effective.
