【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,橋梁、公路、鐵路、隧洞以及礦井的建設(shè)越來越多,不同的建筑物在建設(shè)或維修時(shí)往往需要注漿,而將漿液送到指定位置的正是注漿設(shè)備。本文就要對(duì)注漿設(shè)備中的一種雙液注漿泵進(jìn)行研究。液動(dòng)力注漿泵是注漿泵發(fā)展的一個(gè)主要方向。而材料業(yè)的發(fā)展使得注漿材料的品種出現(xiàn)多樣化,這樣注漿材料在選擇上就會(huì)出現(xiàn)多樣化,兩種漿液在配制比例上就會(huì)出現(xiàn)多樣化,這就要求雙液注漿泵能夠輸送不同比例的漿液。本論文正是以液動(dòng)力注漿泵為基礎(chǔ),注漿的雙液比例在一定范圍內(nèi)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)為前提條件,對(duì)液壓泵工作原理分析后進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的。研究的主要內(nèi)容包括如下:(1)對(duì)注漿泵的工作原理進(jìn)行分析,確定注漿泵的液壓系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,并對(duì)起關(guān)鍵作用的部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使整個(gè)注漿泵在實(shí)際注漿時(shí)漿液的比例能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。(2)在遵守機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用簡(jiǎn)單易懂的線性規(guī)劃的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)缸類零件和調(diào)漿裝置進(jìn)行了具體的尺寸確定,使設(shè)計(jì)的雙液注漿泵在尺寸和外觀上滿足要求。(3)對(duì)油泵和注漿缸應(yīng)用了一種新的數(shù)學(xué)建模方法(電液相似原理的方法)進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,使得復(fù)雜的液壓回路變?yōu)楹?jiǎn)單的電路回路,方便了問題的解決。(4)在液壓仿真軟件AMESim中對(duì)注漿缸和調(diào)漿裝置進(jìn)行建模,并設(shè)置參數(shù),進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真,繪制出排漿量和排漿壓力的曲線圖,所得曲線結(jié)果與預(yù)期相符,說明設(shè)計(jì)的雙液注漿泵合理,并能滿足要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, bridge, highway, railway, tunnel and underground construction more and more, different buildings often require grouting in construction or maintenance, and the slurry is sent to the designated position is the grouting equipment. This paper will be a double liquid injection pump of grouting equipment. Hydrodynamic grouting the pump is one of the main direction of development of the grouting pump. But the development of material industry so that the grouting material varieties appear diversification, so the grouting material will appear in the choice of diversification, two kinds of slurry in proportion will appear diversification, which requires the double liquid grouting pump can transport different proportions of slurry. This thesis is based on hydrodynamic injection pump based on double liquid grouting ratio can realize the stepless regulation of the premise conditions in a certain range, the analysis of the working principle of hydraulic pump design. The main research contents Include the following: (1) the working principle of grouting pump through the analysis of the structure of the hydraulic system of injection pump design, and plays a key role in the whole parts of slurry grouting pump in actual grouting ratio when can realize the stepless regulation. (2) in accordance with the mechanical design manual on the optimization the design method of the application of linear programming is simple and easy to understand the specific size of cylinder parts and mixing device, the double liquid grouting pump is designed to meet the requirements in size and appearance. (3) a new mathematical modeling method is applied to grouting pump and cylinder (hydraulic similarity principle method) mathematical modeling, the hydraulic circuit and the complex circuit is simple, easy to solve the problem. (4) modeling of the grouting cylinder and pulping device in the hydraulic simulation software AMESim, and set the parameters for dynamic simulation, draw The curves of the pulping volume and the pulping pressure are consistent with the expected results, indicating that the designed double liquid grouting pump is reasonable and can meet the requirements.
