小孔節(jié)流靜壓氣體軸承承載力分析

【摘要】:以小孔節(jié)流靜壓氣體軸承為研究對(duì)象,從節(jié)流孔內(nèi)的流動(dòng)出發(fā),通過(guò)工程假設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)氣體軸承的建模與分析,并借助MATLAB編程,采用有限差分法、牛頓迭代法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)氣膜流場(chǎng)二維設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,得到軸承的壓力分布和承載力,并分析討論對(duì)軸承承載力可能產(chǎn)生影響的因素,包括偏心率、軸承間隙、供氣孔直徑、環(huán)境溫度、節(jié)流孔個(gè)數(shù)、供氣壓力。結(jié)果表明:不同參數(shù)對(duì)承載力影響不同,偏心率、軸承間隙及供氣壓力對(duì)承載力影響較大,增大偏心率、增大供氣壓力、減小軸承間隙、減小節(jié)流孔直徑及增加節(jié)流孔個(gè)數(shù),均會(huì)使軸承承載力變大;節(jié)流孔直徑及每圈節(jié)流孔個(gè)數(shù)因?yàn)閷?shí)際工程限制存在較佳值。
[Abstract]:Based on the flow of small hole throttle static pressure gas bearing , the modeling and analysis of gas bearing is realized through engineering assumption , and the influence factors on bearing capacity of bearing are obtained by using finite difference method and Newton iteration method . The results show that the bearing capacity of bearing is bigger , eccentricity , bearing clearance and air supply pressure can influence the bearing capacity of bearing .
