【摘要】：目的為解決各類硬幣自動整理、分類、包裝問題,設(shè)計(jì)研究一種自動硬幣清分卷包機(jī)。方法利用離心力將硬幣有序上料,然后采用消極分類法分離硬幣,進(jìn)行清分,接著對清分后的硬幣進(jìn)行光電計(jì)數(shù)、移幣定位、堆疊碼垛,直至對硬幣進(jìn)行卷包。結(jié)果對關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了有限元受力分析,基于分析結(jié)果優(yōu)化了結(jié)構(gòu),減小了變形,應(yīng)用PLC控制系統(tǒng)完成了整機(jī)工作過程控制。結(jié)論利用PLC控制實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)備機(jī)電一體化,提高了整機(jī)的適應(yīng)性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:Objective in order to solve the problem of automatic arrangement, classification and packing of all kinds of coins, a kind of automatic coin unwinding and packing machine was designed and studied. Methods the coin was ordered fed by centrifugal force, and then the coin was separated by negative classification. After sorting, the coins were counted, fixed and stacked until the coins were rolled up. The results showed that the key components were subjected to finite element analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the structure is optimized and the deformation is reduced. The PLC control system is used to complete the control of the whole machine working process. Conclusion the electromechanical integration of the equipment is realized by using the PLC control. The adaptability and reliability of the whole machine are improved.
