【摘要】:研究承載輸送帶壓陷阻力能耗機理,可以為設(shè)計低能耗、高速度、大運量、大功率輸送機提供理論依據(jù)。通過對運行中輸送帶與物料間相互作用機理研究,覆蓋層采用三元件固體模型,基于平型托輥上輸送帶壓陷阻力能耗理論,推導出承載輸送帶通過槽形托輥時壓陷阻力及壓陷阻力系數(shù)計算公式,并結(jié)合具體輸送機技術(shù)參數(shù),利用公式和MATLAB軟件對幾種主要影響因素進行了分析和探討,結(jié)果表明該公式能夠正確反映各種因素對壓陷阻力系數(shù)的影響,可以通過選配合適的輸送帶黏彈性參數(shù),并結(jié)合調(diào)整輸送帶和輸送機的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)達到降低輸送帶壓陷阻力的目的。
[Abstract]:The study on the mechanism of energy consumption of the bearing conveyer belt pressure resistance can provide a theoretical basis for the design of low energy, high speed, large capacity and high power conveyor. Through the interaction between the belt and the material of the study on the mechanism of operation, covering the three elements of solid model, based on the flat roller conveyor belt sag resistance energy theory, carrying through the conveyor belt trough roller when the pressure resistance and pressure resistance coefficient calculation formula is derived, and combined with concrete conveyor technical parameters. On some influential factors were analyzed and discussed by using formula and MATLAB software, the results show that the formula can reflect the influence of various factors on the pressure resistance coefficient, by selecting the suitable viscoelastic parameters of conveyor belt, and combined with the adjustment of structure parameters of conveyor belt and conveyor to reduce the transmission resistance with pressure to.
