面向PDM的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化模型管理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著PDM概念在國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的逐步深入,國(guó)產(chǎn)PDM系統(tǒng)也逐步成熟,市場(chǎng)也逐步壯大。在機(jī)械制造行業(yè)內(nèi),將企業(yè)已有的數(shù)字化模型有效地管理起來(lái)成為引進(jìn)PDM系統(tǒng)后的首要任務(wù)。在管理數(shù)字化模型過(guò)程中,PDM系統(tǒng)經(jīng)常會(huì)在模型導(dǎo)入電子倉(cāng)庫(kù)后失去產(chǎn)品的層次結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)無(wú)法在二維CAD模型文件工作流程電子審批過(guò)后完成對(duì)應(yīng)文件的電子簽批。因此,機(jī)械產(chǎn)品CAD模型的批量出入庫(kù)技術(shù)、二維CAD模型文件的工作流程電子審批技術(shù)是PDM系統(tǒng)有效管理企業(yè)數(shù)字化模型的重心,這兩部分被統(tǒng)稱為機(jī)械產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化模型管理技術(shù)。完成這項(xiàng)管理技術(shù)必須通過(guò)CAD與PDM系統(tǒng)的集成技術(shù)并借助CAD與PDM系統(tǒng)的二次開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)才可以實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文借助校企合作項(xiàng)目研究的機(jī)會(huì),對(duì)以SolidWorks為CAD系統(tǒng)、T5-PLM為PDM系統(tǒng)主要完成了以下內(nèi)容:詳細(xì)討論了機(jī)械產(chǎn)品CAD模型屬性與層次結(jié)構(gòu)信息的提取、分析與CAD文件對(duì)象存儲(chǔ)方法。采用頂裝配體遍歷法解決了產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)信息與機(jī)械產(chǎn)品三維CAD模型一同出入庫(kù)的問(wèn)題,完成了機(jī)械產(chǎn)品CAD模型的批量出入庫(kù)研究。借助XML技術(shù)解決了機(jī)械產(chǎn)品二維CAD模型文件在隨工作流程執(zhí)行中不能同時(shí)簽審的問(wèn)題,給出了在審批流程回退時(shí),二維CAD模型文件撤銷(xiāo)簽審的執(zhí)行方法。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了SolidWorks二次開(kāi)發(fā),對(duì)其二次開(kāi)發(fā)代碼的閱讀與編寫(xiě)方法進(jìn)行了探究,并創(chuàng)新式地提出了若干種SolidWorks二次開(kāi)發(fā)代碼的讀、寫(xiě)方法。同時(shí)對(duì)所提出的方法進(jìn)行了舉例佐證。根據(jù)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化模型管理技術(shù)的研究,編寫(xiě)出了若干個(gè)相關(guān)的PDM系統(tǒng)插件,解決了在校企合作項(xiàng)目中的問(wèn)題,并為解決類似的問(wèn)題提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the concept of PDM in domestic enterprises, the domestic PDM system is also gradually mature, and the market is gradually growing. In the machinery manufacturing industry, the effective management of the existing digital model of the enterprise becomes the primary task after the introduction of the PDM system. In the process of managing digital models, PDM system often loses the product hierarchy after the model is imported into the electronic warehouse. At the same time, the electronic signature of the corresponding files can not be completed after the electronic approval of the two-dimensional CAD model file workflow. Therefore, the batch delivery and storage technology of mechanical CAD model, the working process of two-dimensional CAD model files, the electronic approval technology is the focus of PDM system to effectively manage the enterprise digital model. The two parts are collectively referred to as the digital management technology of mechanical products. The implementation of this management technology must be achieved through the integration of CAD and PDM systems and the two development techniques of CAD and PDM systems. With the help of research opportunities in school enterprise cooperation, this paper mainly completed the following contents for SolidWorks CAD system and T5-PLM PDM system. It discussed in detail the extraction and analysis of mechanical product CAD model attribute and hierarchy information, and CAD file object storage method. The problem of product structure information coming out with the 3D CAD model of mechanical products is solved by the top assembly method. The batch storage and delivery of CAD models of mechanical products is completed. With the help of XML technology, the problem that two dimensional CAD model files of mechanical products can not be signed at the same time can not be signed at the same time with the execution of work process. The implementation method of two dimensional CAD model files revocation and signature is given when the approval process is rolled back. This paper briefly introduces the two development of SolidWorks, explores the way of reading and compiling the secondary development code, and puts forward several ways to read and write SolidWorks's two development code innovatively. At the same time, the proposed method is illustrated with an example. According to the research on management technology of mechanical product digital model, we have compiled several related PDM system plug-ins, solved the problems in school enterprise cooperation projects, and provided new ideas for solving similar problems.
