文章摘要：中國在經(jīng)歷30多年的高速增長后,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率趨于下降,很多學(xué)者都提到了中國“結(jié)構(gòu)性減速”問題。那么,中國的結(jié)構(gòu)性問題是如何影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的呢？是不是所有發(fā)達(dá)國家都曾經(jīng)歷“結(jié)構(gòu)性減速”這一門檻呢？本文借助國際比較,嘗試從結(jié)構(gòu)視角對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)減速的背后邏輯進(jìn)行探討。本文認(rèn)為,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的投資消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)、外貿(mào)結(jié)構(gòu)、人口結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和城鄉(xiāng)收入結(jié)構(gòu)都存在僵化和失衡等問題,而原來的投資拉動(dòng)型增長模式已不可持續(xù),這必定造成增長率下降問題。但與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)又具有一定的復(fù)雜性和特殊性。所以,應(yīng)從世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的共性中找出中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的個(gè)性,并努力推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,擺脫結(jié)構(gòu)性羈絆,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)性增長。

Abstr：After more than thirty years of rapid growth, China＇ s economic growth rate tends to slow down. Many scholars have mentioned the problem of ＂structural slowdown＂ in China. So how does China＇ s structural problem influence economic growth？ Have all developed countries experienced the threshold of ＂structural slowdown＂？ By international comparison, this pa- per attempts to discuss the logic behind China＇ s economic slowdown on structural perspective. This paper holds that there are problems of ossification and imbalances in many areas of China＇ s economy, such as investment consumption structure, foreign trade structure, population structure, industry structure and urban-rural income structure etc. However, original investment-driv- en growth mode becomes inconsistent, which leads to the decrease in growth rate undoubtedly. Compared with developed coun- tries, China＇ s economic structure is complicated and particular to a certain extent. Therefore, we should find the special features of China＇ s economic growth out of the general characteristics of world economic growth, make efforts to promote economic struc- tural adjustment, get rid of structural obstacles, and realize consistent growth of China＇ s economy.
