近年來，加蓬正處于一個社會正在轉型、經(jīng)濟正在過渡的特殊的歷史階段。社會改革取得了顯著地成效，經(jīng)濟在工業(yè)的帶動下也在迅速發(fā)展。與此同時，城市化建設也在加蓬進行的如火如荼。這都是受到加蓬當局推行了一個名為“綠色加蓬-服務加蓬-工業(yè)加蓬”的工程的影響，這個工程也是為了吸取更多的潛在投資者。本文是在這種背景下,研究如何更好促進加蓬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的政策。論文首先研究經(jīng)濟開放對新興國家的影響。一方面，經(jīng)濟開放，尤其是國外直接投資和銀行投資的引進，有使人口中最富裕的五分之一獲得更多收入的傾向，但另一方面，這也有減輕城市與鄉(xiāng)村之間不平等的傾向。本文運用李嘉圖增長瓶頸理論、李嘉圖關于對外直接投資方面的交易方法，以及關于技術轉讓的前沿分析，建立和發(fā)展具有新的理論性的分析和預測。其次，基于李嘉圖理論，重溫并審視了日本在對外直接投資方面的經(jīng)濟思想，利用計量統(tǒng)計學的估算方法對來自追趕型國家的外部直接投資理論方法的相關性和實用性進行測試。第三，我們將會對中國和加蓬分別在資源的捐贈、資金和科技等眾多方面所具有的相當?shù)膬?yōu)勢進行評估和比較。對于中國來說，農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)和煤礦業(yè)是其在加蓬的主要投資項目。所以在這部分中，我們將就農(nóng)業(yè)...
