【摘要】：目前外商直接投資成為各國經濟發(fā)展的主要趨勢,特別是在全球化背景之下,很多發(fā)展中國家主動引進外商直接投資刺激國內經濟發(fā)展。對俄羅斯聯(lián)邦而言,這一趨勢也不是例外,通過完善法律體系,用來鼓勵性政策來吸引外商直接投資,稅收優(yōu)惠等措施來擴大外商直接投資的規(guī)模。雖然目前俄羅斯外商直接投資還在外國投資總額與GDP中比例不大、行業(yè)和地區(qū)分布不盡合理、投資和政治環(huán)境還需要進一步改善問題,但是俄羅斯聯(lián)邦將成為外商直接投資熱點之一已是不爭的事實。本論文分析了外商直接投資在俄羅斯聯(lián)的現(xiàn)狀以及其特點,且對外商直接投資在俄羅斯區(qū)域分布特性及影響經濟增長進行計量實證分析,得出來的結果——俄羅斯外商直接投資不能完全視為純粹的外商直接投資,其原因在于上個世紀90年代俄羅斯在經濟轉軌時期出現(xiàn)了資本大量外逃現(xiàn)象,原本俄羅斯的資金又以冒充“外商直接投資”的形式回歸本國。目前阻礙俄羅斯聯(lián)邦外商直接投資的因素主要有:不穩(wěn)定政治環(huán)境,市場制度不成熟以及國內壟斷集團勢力過于強大。
