  本文關(guān)鍵詞：東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體的建立：對于老撾的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇，，由筆耕文化傳播整理發(fā)布。

【摘要】：東南亞國家聯(lián)盟(東盟)于1986年8月8日成立于泰國曼谷。十國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在第九屆巴厘東盟成員國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會議中提交并通過了將在2020年建成東盟共同體的宣言,這是東盟的一個(gè)里程碑。2007年在宿務(wù)舉行的第十三屆東盟首腦會議中各國代表保證在2015年建成共同體�？隙髅貢幰衙鞔_表示東盟共同體的三大支柱：東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體(AEC)、盟政治安全共同體(APSC)和東盟社會文化共同體(APSC)自成立共同體的宣言發(fā)布以來,老撾政府積極參與東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體秘書處采納的藍(lán)圖和AEC計(jì)分卡。老撾政府建立了很多框架來應(yīng)對東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體的建立。因此,東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體的到來被是政府需要應(yīng)對處理的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵性挑戰(zhàn)。然而,政府看到共同體的成立時(shí)對國家非常有利的一次機(jī)遇。東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體在研究老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)方面引起了我極大興趣,尤其是單一市場和生產(chǎn)基地。單一市場和生產(chǎn)基地,包括五個(gè)核心要素：貨物的自由流通、投資自由流動(dòng)、勞動(dòng)力的自由流動(dòng)、服務(wù)的自由流動(dòng)和更自由的資本。因此,本文將探討建立東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體在專注于單一生產(chǎn)基地上的機(jī)遇和面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)。
