【摘要】：基于脫鉤理論和方法,構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平與資源環(huán)境承載力關(guān)聯(lián)的指標(biāo)體系,對2006~2013年滇中地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和環(huán)境承載力的脫鉤程度、時序變化進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:(1)滇中地區(qū)整體的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平與資源環(huán)境承載力主要經(jīng)歷強(qiáng)脫鉤、弱脫鉤以及擴(kuò)張負(fù)脫鉤,總體上處于強(qiáng)脫鉤,時序上呈現(xiàn)反向"N"型變化;(2)滇中地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平變化率均大于零,但變化幅度不大,而資源環(huán)境承載力變化率2007~2008年間為負(fù)值,其余年份均為正值,并從2007年呈逐漸擴(kuò)大趨勢,剪刀差經(jīng)歷倒"V"型變化后逐漸增長;(3)各州市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平與資源環(huán)境承載力脫鉤程度及時序呈現(xiàn)波動變化,強(qiáng)脫鉤狀態(tài)居多,且均在T5或T6時期達(dá)到最高值。
[Abstract]:Based on the decoupling theory and method, the index system related to the level of economic development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment is constructed, and the decoupling degree and time series change of economic development level and environmental carrying capacity in central Yunnan in 2006 / 2013 are studied. The results show that: (1) the level of economic development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment in central Yunnan mainly experience strong decoupling, weak decoupling and expansion negative decoupling, which are in strong decoupling on the whole and show reverse "N" change in time series; (2) the change rate of economic development level in central Yunnan is more than zero, but the change range is not large, but the change rate of resource and environment carrying capacity is negative in 2007 / 2008, and it is positive in the other years, and it tends to expand gradually from 2007, and the scissors difference increases gradually after the change of inverted "V" type; (3) the degree of decoupling between the level of economic development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment in each city fluctuated in time, and the strong decoupling state was the most, and all of them reached the highest value in the period of T5 or T6.
