【摘要】：科技創(chuàng)新是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力,而科技投入是科技創(chuàng)新的資本。對(duì)山東省科技投入與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)科技投入沒有明顯增加地區(qū)GDP,而地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)卻帶來了科技投入增加。結(jié)果表明,雖然山東省增長(zhǎng)方式有明顯轉(zhuǎn)型特點(diǎn),但依然偏粗放型增長(zhǎng)。分析了科技投入不能推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的原因,提出應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)型經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation is the internal driving force of the transformation of economic development mode, and scientific and technological investment is the capital of scientific and technological innovation. This paper studies the relationship between science and technology investment and economic growth in Shandong Province, and finds that science and technology investment does not significantly increase regional GDP, but regional economic growth brings about an increase in science and technology investment. The results show that although the growth mode of Shandong Province has obvious transformation characteristics, it is still extensive growth. This paper analyzes on the reasons why the investment in science and technology can not promote the economic growth, and puts forward that the mode of economic development should be changed and the innovation-driven economic growth should be promoted.
