【摘要】：從要素投入視角分析了制度與創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出之間的作用機(jī)理,基于中國(guó)省際面板數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證分析了要素市場(chǎng)制度對(duì)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出大小的影響,進(jìn)而以東中西三個(gè)區(qū)域?yàn)榉謽颖狙芯恐贫茸饔玫膮^(qū)域差異性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),金融制度與創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系在總樣本和東中部地區(qū)內(nèi)都是呈顯著的"倒U型"。勞動(dòng)力制度對(duì)于創(chuàng)新的作用在總樣本和中部地區(qū)也都是顯著的"倒U型",而在東部地區(qū)呈"U型"。技術(shù)成果市場(chǎng)化制度與創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的關(guān)系在全國(guó)和東部地區(qū)都是呈"倒U型",而在中西部地區(qū)有不同的表現(xiàn)。就西部地區(qū)而言,制度因素對(duì)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的影響較弱,且相較其他幾個(gè)區(qū)域作用機(jī)制上有顯著差異。本文的研究進(jìn)一步拓展了這一領(lǐng)域的研究邊界,為政策建議提供支撐。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism between system and innovation output from the perspective of factor input, and empirically analyzes the influence of factor market system on the size of innovation output based on the panel data of inter-provincial panel in China, and then studies the regional differences of institutional function in three regions of east, China and West. It is found that the relationship between financial system and innovation is "inverted U" in the total sample and in the central and eastern regions. The effect of labor system on innovation is also significant "inverted U" in the total sample and the central region, but "U" in the eastern region. The relationship between the marketization system of technological achievements and innovation output is "inverted U" in both the whole country and the eastern region, but different in the central and western regions. As far as the western region is concerned, the influence of institutional factors on innovation output is weak, and there are significant differences compared with other regional mechanisms. The research of this paper further expands the research boundary in this field and provides support for policy recommendations.
