【摘要】：研究主導(dǎo)部門在經(jīng)濟(jì)起飛中的作用時(shí),羅斯托(Rostow)使用旁側(cè)效應(yīng)表示主導(dǎo)部門的變動(dòng)所引起的周圍一系列變化。由于缺乏可計(jì)算的方法,對(duì)旁側(cè)效應(yīng)的研究多為定性描述。本文在產(chǎn)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)旁側(cè)效應(yīng)的內(nèi)涵提出協(xié)同型和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)型旁側(cè)關(guān)聯(lián)的概念,構(gòu)建了兩類產(chǎn)業(yè)旁側(cè)關(guān)聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,進(jìn)一步分析了四種旁側(cè)效應(yīng)。計(jì)算實(shí)例表明,產(chǎn)業(yè)旁側(cè)關(guān)聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以描述產(chǎn)業(yè)部門之間的旁側(cè)關(guān)聯(lián),表明活動(dòng)過(guò)程中行為主體之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,為分析旁側(cè)效應(yīng)提供了方法,也為研究關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和制定區(qū)域非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等問(wèn)題提供了定量化的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the study of the role of the leading sector in the economic take-off, Rostow uses the side effect to indicate a series of changes around the leading sector. Because of the lack of computable method, the study of the lateral effect is a fixed description. In this paper, on the basis of the industrial network, the concept of collaborative and competitive side association is proposed according to the connotation of the side effect, and two types of side-related network models are constructed, and four side effects are further analyzed. The calculation example shows that the side-related network of the industry can describe the side association between the industrial departments, which indicates the relationship between the actors and the structural features of the regional economy in the course of the activity, provides a method for analyzing the side effect, and also provides a method for the research of the key industries. The industrial cluster and the development of regional non-balanced development strategy provide a quantitative basis.
