江蘇省物流企業(yè)低碳化運營的影響因素分析

【摘要】:本文主要研究的是江蘇省物流企業(yè)低碳化運營的影響因素分析,在整個世界大環(huán)境下,發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟有利于經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境的和諧發(fā)展,物流作為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中不可或缺的一環(huán),其能源消耗占社會總能源消耗的比例一直居高不下,,成為制約低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的障礙之一,低碳物流,作為物流行業(yè)低碳發(fā)展的新概念被提出,發(fā)展低碳物流,有其必要性和意義,并為資源的節(jié)約和能源消耗的減少提供理論依據(jù)。 本文主要研究的是江蘇省物流企業(yè)的低碳化運營的影響因素,本文首先描述了江蘇省物流行業(yè)及低碳經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并對江蘇省物流企業(yè)的碳排放進行估算,由于數(shù)據(jù)的可得性問題,本文在碳排放計算中主要采用的是1995年到2010年這16年間的數(shù)據(jù),通過估算碳排放量,得到江蘇省物流企業(yè)的碳排放強度,為進一步研究碳排放量與物流產(chǎn)值之間的關系,本文引入EKC曲線并對江蘇省物流企業(yè)碳排放和物流產(chǎn)值之間的關系做出分析,利用spss13.0對兩者之間的關系做曲線回歸分析,由擬合圖可以看出,二次曲線和三次曲線模型的擬合度最高,然而回歸系數(shù)檢驗中卻顯示這兩種模型的sig.值偏大,最終得出相對符合的模型是冪函數(shù)模型,由擬合圖可以看出兩者之間呈N型曲線,這說明碳排放和物流產(chǎn)值之間還沒達到闕值點,環(huán)境還將惡化,在物流企業(yè)碳排放影響因素的選擇上,本文引用了天津財經(jīng)大學博士段向云的物流企業(yè)碳排放影響因素,并利用spss13.0軟件對影響因素做主成分分析,得出江蘇省物流企業(yè)低碳化運營的主成分影響因素包括:物流企業(yè)的能源效率、物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展水平、物流需求的增長的結論。 依據(jù)江蘇省物流業(yè)的發(fā)展及低碳經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,本文指出了江蘇省物流企業(yè)發(fā)展低碳物流面臨著競爭力不足、物流發(fā)展以粗放式增長為主、管理體制不完善、專業(yè)人才的缺乏、園區(qū)規(guī)劃不合理、基礎設施和專業(yè)化程度低等主要問題,同時,本文也給出了物流企業(yè)低碳化運行所需要的條件,通過對比物流企業(yè)低碳運營的條件與物流企業(yè)目前的運營現(xiàn)狀,本文提出物流企業(yè)低碳化運行的路徑,主要包括提升低碳意識、改變物流企業(yè)的能源結構、設置合理的物流節(jié)點、改變非節(jié)能的運輸方式、增強物流網(wǎng)絡和信息化建設以及制定物流標準化體系等。最后,從物流的職能角度出發(fā),對物流業(yè)的低碳化運營提出對策,低碳運輸方面,利用江蘇省地處長三角的地理優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展綜合運輸,通過多種運輸方式的分工協(xié)作,提高物流企業(yè)的運行效率,增強運輸能力,使得各種運輸方式都能夠發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢;低碳包裝方面,做到包裝模數(shù)化、包裝大型化和集裝化、包裝循環(huán)化和再生處理化,從而減少資源的浪費和環(huán)境的污染,進而達到物流低碳運營的目的;低碳配送方面,大力發(fā)展共同配送、第三方物流,優(yōu)化物流配送路線及提高信息系統(tǒng)的管理水平,這樣能夠有效的節(jié)約資源,使企業(yè)間達到資源共享、互利互惠的目的,同時也減少在配送過程中對環(huán)境造成的污染;低碳倉儲方面,加強技術、使用新能源可以有效降低資源消耗和污染排放;低碳處理廢舊物方面,利用新技術,對廢舊物進行分類處理,回收可利用資源,對不可回收資源做妥善處理,能夠增加能源利用率,減少資源浪費,減少污染排放;在人才方面,大力引進專業(yè)人才,培養(yǎng)專而精的人才,培養(yǎng)企業(yè)與環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的人才,從思想的高度加深低碳在物流行業(yè)的影響力,最終影響物流行為,達到物流企業(yè)低碳化運行的目的。
[Abstract]:The main research of this paper is the analysis of the influence factors of the low-carbon-carbonization operation of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province. In the whole world, the development of low-carbon economy is beneficial to the harmonious development of economy and environment, and the logistics is an indispensable part of the economic development. The proportion of energy consumption in the total energy consumption of the society has remained high, becoming one of the barriers to the development of low-carbon economy, and the low-carbon logistics, as a new concept of low-carbon development in the logistics industry, is put forward, the low-carbon logistics is developed, the necessity and the significance are realized, And provides a theoretical basis for the reduction of the resource and the reduction of the energy consumption. This paper mainly studies the influence factors of the low-carbonization operation of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province. The present situation of the development of the logistics industry and the low-carbon economy in Jiangsu Province is described in this paper, and the carbon emission of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province is estimated. In this paper, the data from 1995 to 2010 are mainly used in the carbon emission calculation, and the carbon emission intensity of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province is obtained by estimating the carbon emission, so as to further study the correlation between the carbon emission and the output value of the logistics. In this paper, the EKC curve is introduced and the relationship between the carbon emission and the output value of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province is analyzed.
