【摘要】：延邊朝鮮族自治州位于中國(guó)、朝鮮、俄羅斯三國(guó)交界,臨近日本海,東側(cè)與俄羅斯濱海邊疆區(qū)接壤,南側(cè)與圖們江與朝鮮咸鏡北道、兩江道相望。延邊州因地域特點(diǎn),對(duì)外貿(mào)易優(yōu)勢(shì)非常明顯。延邊州于20世紀(jì)末開(kāi)始,加強(qiáng)對(duì)外開(kāi)放力度,依托俄羅斯和朝鮮大港口,改善基礎(chǔ)交通設(shè)施,建設(shè)大通道,利用國(guó)家所賦予的各方優(yōu)越政策,發(fā)展延邊州對(duì)外貿(mào)易,加快推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,為全面建設(shè)和諧小康社會(huì)做出積極貢獻(xiàn),使之對(duì)外貿(mào)易也成為了延邊州經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要支柱。 本文首先通過(guò)延邊州對(duì)外貿(mào)易歷史回顧,了解了延邊州對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展趨勢(shì),從延邊州對(duì)外貿(mào)易伙伴國(guó)、進(jìn)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)、主要貿(mào)易方式等方面,分析了延邊州對(duì)外貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀及特征,進(jìn)而從對(duì)外貿(mào)易依存度、對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)對(duì)外開(kāi)放的影響、民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)及其他經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的影響,分析出對(duì)外貿(mào)易與延邊經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系及影響程度。 最后在“長(zhǎng)吉圖開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放全面實(shí)施”、“琿春國(guó)際合作示范區(qū)”等國(guó)家政策背景下,提出了進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)延邊對(duì)外貿(mào)易的對(duì)建議。第一、進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易通道建設(shè)；第二、積極發(fā)揮中俄、中朝互市貿(mào)易區(qū)功能；第三、積極培育出口加工貿(mào)易區(qū)：第四、轉(zhuǎn)變外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式,擴(kuò)大對(duì)外貿(mào)易總量；第五、以投資帶動(dòng)對(duì)外貿(mào)易等。
[Abstract]:Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is located at the border of China, North Korea and Russia, near the Sea of Japan, the east side with the Russian coastal border region, the south side with the Tumen River and the North Korean Xianjing Road, the two rivers road. Because of the regional characteristics of Yanbian Prefecture, the advantages of foreign trade are very obvious. Since the end of the 20th century, Yanbian State has strengthened its opening to the outside world, relied on Russian and Korean ports, improved basic transportation facilities, built large corridors, and made use of the superior policies given by the state to develop foreign trade in Yanbian State. Speeding up economic development, making positive contributions to building a harmonious well-off society in an all-round way, and making its foreign trade an important pillar of Yanbian state's economic and social development. First of all, through the review of Yanbian state's foreign trade history, this paper understands the development trend of Yanbian state's foreign trade, from the aspects of Yanbian state's foreign trade partner country, import and export commodity structure, main trade mode and so on. This paper analyzes on the present situation and characteristics of foreign trade in Yanbian Prefecture, and then from the degree of dependence on foreign trade, the influence of foreign trade on opening to the outside world, the influence of private economy and other economic fields, The relationship and influence between foreign trade and Yanbian economic development are analyzed. Finally, under the background of national policies such as "Changjitu Development and opening up" and "Hunchun International Cooperation demonstration Zone", this paper puts forward some suggestions for further promoting Yanbian foreign trade. First, further promote the construction of foreign trade channels; second, actively give full play to the functions of the Sino-Russian and Sino-DPRK mutual trade area; third, actively cultivate the export processing trade area: fourth, change the mode of foreign trade development, expand the total amount of foreign trade; Fifth, investment to promote foreign trade and so on.
