【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的中心逐漸從大西洋轉(zhuǎn)向太平洋,以中國(guó)和拉美地區(qū)的巴西等為代表的新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位和影響力不斷提升。中拉合作的主要成果以高層次、高頻率、高成效的政治交流及經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的跨越式發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ),中拉之間利益的融合及相互依存性持續(xù)深化,中拉關(guān)系越來(lái)越具有戰(zhàn)略性及全球性意義。本文從貿(mào)易摩擦、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及中拉合作的不均衡性三個(gè)方面分析了中拉關(guān)系面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn),提出應(yīng)從戰(zhàn)略的高度,以新型的義利觀為指導(dǎo),進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)中拉關(guān)系的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the center of the world economy has gradually changed from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean. Emerging economies, such as China and Brazil in Latin America, have been increasing their position and influence in the world economy. The main achievements of China-Latin America cooperation are based on high-level, high-frequency and effective political exchanges and the leaping development of economic and trade relations, and the integration of interests and interdependence between China and Latin America continue to deepen. Sino-Latin American relations are becoming more and more strategic and global. This paper analyzes the main challenges faced by China-Latin America relations from three aspects: trade friction, investment risk and the imbalance of China-Latin America cooperation, and puts forward that the new concept of justice and benefit should be taken as the guide from the strategic height. We will further promote the sustainable development of Sino-Latin American relations.
